Vodafone UK - Great Yarmouth Arvostelua 

We have been in Vodafone serval times and been served my Megan who we have found extremely helpful, personal and if we need anything else we will always see Megan. Out of 5 stars we would give her 6.

Holy and luke are smarter than me and we're very helpful in moving me about the technology world thank you Vodafone

Yet again I allowed myself to be fobbed off by Vodafone media services team, they promised my issues, which they admit is their fault would be sorted by the 9th December, guess what they're not. This company shouldn't be allowed to operate/trade in the UK.

The staff were great very welcoming and knowledgeable

I have been with Vodafone for 30 years now and today decided to upgrade for the first time in 7 years.
I went into the Great Yarmouth branch really not knowing what I wanted in a phone, what package was best for my needs or how modern technology truly worked.
Holly from the very start gave me genuine, honest and professional advice. I have worked in Sales and management for 25 years now and Holly quickly learnt that I needed a lot of advice and tailored her sales pitch to my needs, a rare and essential skill in sales.
She was friendly, took her time and really made me feel like a valued customer.
I would highly recommend Holly and the Great Yarmouth store. Even with 30 years loyalty to the Vodafone brand I would have considered going elsewhere without the high level of customer service, expertise and honesty Holly provided.
I’m typing this on my new I phone which I was worried would be complicated to transfer to, again Holly taught me it wouldn’t be and made sure it was a seamless process.
The key to sales is understanding that every customer in front of you is different and needs unique service.
Holly understands this and is a credit to your business.

Went into Vodafone for an idea to save and upgrade. That definitely happened. Upgraded all devices and saved with my broadband also. It was such an easy visit to the store and Megan was informative about every step of the way, friendly and reassuring

I was served by Jasmin on Monday and she was an absolute pleasure, she is extremely professional and just an absolute delight to be served by she quickly understood my issue and asked a series of questions to find the best solution, while Jasmin fixed me issue she also made me aware I was due for an upgrade so I ended up getting a new phone as well as my network issues fixed

I was greeted by Rebecca from the Great Yarmouth store who was very pleasant and helpful she managed to figure out and point me in the right directions for my contract. Rebecca was professional and a very happy smilie person and it seemed she couldn’t do enough to help it was a nice experience to come away smiling and saying they were very helpful. Thanks Simon

Went to local Vodafone store to transfer 3 existing mobile numbers, got what seemed a good deal but told could only do 2 numbers now and the third in 30days.. just pop back and we will do it.. 7months on several visits to store cannot transfer 3rd number. Total joke have been mid sold product.. spoke to call centre no joy, asked to raise complaint as been mid sold product.. was offered £50.. declined the offer as what I require is 3 sims not to be bought off.. So going to persue complaint

Came onto great yarmouth store on Saturday 7th September & spoke to Megan. We went in with a problem with which we could not sort ourselves. Megan was absolutely fantastic, she sorted our problem with super satisfaction & in several minutes. Will most definitely recommend her to any other person we know that needs help with their phone. Lovely friendly girl.

Jasmine was incredibly friendly and helpful in-store with sorting my contract out and tailoring the right plan for my needs!

Megan at the Vodafone store in Yarmouth was brilliant I had broken my phone and thought I had lost everything she helped me get a good deal and managed to restore everything I thought I'd lost to my new phone, amazing and a credit to her team

I went into the store after being told that it would take 3-5 days for the tech team to get back to me. I could see that the store was understaffed, I had to wait around 30 minutes which ended up being worth the wait. I initially spoke to Jasmin and then Luke, with them both helping throughout the FOUR hours I was in store. I would just like to thank them again for their patience and determination to resolve my issue, which eventually was the outcome. I think it's unfair to see people complaining on here re the store being understaffed, surely you would need to direct that to Vodafone directly not the specific store. 5* service in my opinion form Jasmin and Luke thanks again

Went into store and was served by Jasmine, she was very helpful and understanding of my issue an went above ans beyond to help me cancel my tablet even though this wasn't something she could do from store she was so patient with me as I'm a technophobe
