Went into shop with my father in laws phone which hed managed to lock himself out of it Fran and Nick were both so helpful in factory resetting it. Totally delighted with the service I received at my Gosport branch,the manager was very helpful and took time sorting my new contract, staff from Reading branch should take note as the service at Reading is totally disgusting having spent 3 visits and 4 plus hours sorting what should of been a easy process,no one there wanted to help at all!! Well dune Gosport branch! 😊
