Excellent service!

Really great service from Adam during my visit into Vodafone today! He was very thorough and explained in-depth the variety of contracts they had and all the nitty gritty details which I’m clueless about haha. Couldn’t recommend them more :)

Had big problem with with cancelling…

Had big problem with with cancelling SIM card and had phoned customer service twice before . And on both occasions it was not dealt with and I was still charged. But today Nikki the manager was really helpful and stayed after hours to get this dealt with . So pleased with having a Nikki to sort out my problem big thank you to this lady 👏👏👏👏

Informative and particularly warm and helpful

Very helpful, warm and give clear information about products, prices etc. i like being abke to walk into my local vodafone shop when I have any problem with my phone ( often operator error). They are always helpful and quick to resolve any issue.
