New phone and transfer from old
I needed a new phone and my old phone was playing up (only working properly when it was plugged in). Tom, who dealt with both, was excellent. Not only was I able to get a new phone that morning but he was able to transfer all my old phone data, when it was touch and go whether it would work. Amazing service.

Best customer service ever
This was the most awesome experience EVER. Exceptional Customer Service
Vodafone Farnham, Surrey are the best! Ryan went through everything & found the best deal to suit mine & my son’s requirements & gave me great advice. I then needed to sort out my other son’s contact (he also had an upgrade), so Luca stayed late & patiently assisted me with the best deal & set it all up. We are going back in today to sort out my Mum’s Vodafone contract & Ryan has said he will be there to do this. The other gentleman that was there was helping along the way too. Converted back to a monthly plan
Ryan talked me through all of the plans and different combinations of sim and phone and sim only so I could make an informed decision. I felt very well looked after throughout the experience that my interest was at the focus of the deal and I was lucky to get the last iphone16 available in store!
