Eleanor and Nathan helped me to transfer my phone over. 10/10 for service, will be back

I went into the Chatham store today to purchase a sim for my son. Nathan and Jonathan was super helpful and talked me through everything I would need.

I went into Vodafone Chatham today and was greeted and served kindly by Nathan. I originally came in about my charging port. Whatever he did, he fixed it within seconds. Went to another shop to test the charge and it now works.

I got back home amd it doesnt seem to charge but the wireless charger he recommended does work like a charm!

I went in to Ur Chatham branch n mollie n Nathan was very welcoming as I went in to upgrade from a pay monthly SIM to a full contract which I got the Samsung galaxy s26 as well as the honor pad x8b then I went and got the Samsung galaxy watch8 classic so in all I took 3 device out and I was served by mollie and she went above and beyond for me nni will definitely be changing my other number to Vodafone nni will be telling my friend n family about them so I am over the moon with the service I got

Todd was helpful when we first went in to get a new phone for my partner, but a few days later when we had to go back in as the aide button wouldn't open the wallet another store assistant took my partner's phone and went on the bank app and deleted all the cards from apple pay.
I find this not just unprofessional but also very intrusive and sure not compliant with the laws, I mean she was seeing my partner's personal bank details.
Would recommend Vodafone train their personnel better.

I had a great experience with Nathan from the Vodafone store in the pentagon, Chatham and I want to say how much I like the way he helped me.
From the moment Nathan started working on my problem he was very professional, patient. He knew what he was doing. He was also very reassuring which made me feel better. What was a problem became easy to deal with because of how Nathan handled it. He did not rush me. Give me generic answers. Instead he took the time to understand my situation explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and worked through each step until my problem was completely fixed.
What I really liked about Nathan was that he was dedicated to giving customer service. He was friendly, easy to talk to. He really cared about making sure I was happy. It is not often that you meet someone who's good with technology and also very good at talking to people but Nathan was both. He made me feel like I was important to Vodafone. He did more than he had to do to make sure everything was okay.
Customer service like this should be noticed. Nathan is a representative for Vodafone and if all the people who work there were like him the customer service would be the best.
Thank you Nathan for making what could have been an experience, into a good one. You show what great customer service looks like and I really hope Vodafone sees how well you do your job.

Popped into the store to get a hand with setting up my new phone. I saw Nathan who expertly set up my device and completed a transfer from old phone to new. Brilliant service.

Nathan was brilliant. He sorted my new phone and got me all up and running. I would never have been able to do it with out help.

Mollie was very instrumental in convincing me to get an Iphone17 pro max . She is very pleasant , detailed and helpful with the product details . She smiled throughout the process of setting up and completing the transaction for the phone purchase , she is soft spoken , patient and friendly. Am sure any customer wouldn’t get it wrong when she approaches you for a customer service support while at Vodaphone.Thank you Mollie for your help today .

Came into the store to get my phone sorted as unfortunately I misplaced it. Spoke to Eleanor was fantastic who explained everything in clear manner. Came in today to get a few things sorted and was sorted by Nathan and Jonathan. Keep these boys around.

After purchasing my phone online. I came in to pick it up. Nathan helped me put the screen protector and case on. He was great and very attentive.

Came into the store and was brilliantly dealt with by Jonathan and Nathan. They guided me through each aspect of the sale and even set up my new device as i have no idea. Plus always nice seeing more Arsenal fans.

Served by Mollie who was extremely patient and took the time to help me set up my new phone , really nice to talk to and chatty 💓💓hopefully she’s still here when my next upgrade is due

Had problems with my camera on the phone. Told I would be able to get it repaied but would take 2 to 3 weeks or upgrade my phone today. Decided to go for the upgrade and Mollie explained the offer for the S26 which I took. Would recommend this member of staff for her good communication and knowlege of my requirements. Excellent service.

This review relates to the Vodafone store in The Pentagon Shopping Centre, Chatham, Kent.
I visited this store with a couple of technical queries regarding transferring data from my old phone to my new one.
As soon as I went into the store, I was greeted by Jonathan, who was welcoming friendly & professional from the outset.
He listened carefully to my queries & soon put my mind at rest by reassuring me he could help. I am, by my own admittance, not the greatest when it comes to tech, however, at no point did Jonathan make me feel incompetent or silly for asking my questions.
He solved the problem quickly & explained what he'd done, so I understood everything.
It is (sadly) somewhat of a rarity these days to find the level of customer service skills demonstrated by Jonathan - he was funny, chatty, professional & totally customer focused. He is a true credit to this store & the company Vodafone in general
