Highly reccomend excellent service
Originally came in for a new phone for my mother in law. We were greeted with professionalism and made to feel welcome. I then ended up moving my contract over from another provider as the information I was given was amazing and saved me a lot of money. I also got a better deal on my mobile router due to being told I could have an upgrade. Nothing was too much and we were advised every step of the way what was happening. Would definitely reccomend as the customer service and professionalism is second to none.

Outstanding service at buxton vodafone
The guys at vodafone buxton are outstanding. Find Amos, Marjorie brilliant. We have dealt with nisha on numerous occasions and trust her 100% she has been very helpful, with choosing phones, the correct plans etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Nisha is our go to at vodafone. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Also happy with coverage on mobiles and very happy with our broadband.

Welcoming, knowledgeable and patient staff.
My experience of contacting Vodaphone online has been nothing less than dreadful so I decided to bite the bullet and visit my nearest (35 mile round trip!) Vodaphone store. P.S. For clarification. This is a review of the Buxton branch of Vodaphone ONLY. They were brilliant. The online/phone service provided by Vodaphone is, in my experience, lamentable.

I needed a lot of time and support to sort out multiple contracts. Amos was understanding, patient and explained everything so I could make a good choice. The experience was not rushed and I was allocated lots of time. All three members of staff on shift were lovely and friendly.

The staff in Vodafone Buxton are always very helpful. Today they spent a lot of time and effort helping to set up a new phone when mine had been lost. It wasn't straightforward as I needed to keep the same number and also to transfer data from an older phone. They were extremely patient,kind and helpful and really can't thank them enough.

Excellent Service
Having experienced problems at other Vodafone stores we found Amos at Vodafone Buxton to be friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and efficient. He solved a long-standing logging in issue for myself before helping my wife with a new phone set up and data transfer. All Amos's promised actions happened on time and worked first time. A mention should also be made for Marjory who assisted in an equally helpful manner. We could not be happier with the service we received from Vodafone in Buxton.

A very comfortable experience
The power button on my phone had broken. I always use the Buxton Vodafone shop as the staff are always so helpful. Today I met a new member of staff (new to me) Amos. He was absolutely brilliant, he sorted my new Sim contract, downloaded all my data from my other phone. He didn't make me feel conscience of my lack of knowledge, and showed me how to use some further Apps and settings. If I have any further questions I know I can ask. Amos made me feel comfortable.
