Credit Isssue
I had a problem with my credit score and Vodafone left a negative in my score. I asked for Dinath’s help. He sat down with me patiently and got this resolved quickly. I more than grateful for him. Very good service.

The customer service was very good. Although it looked busy was seen quicker than expected. Really friendly and store manager was able to answer all questions I had. Was really helpful! Have been with Vodafone for years and have had NO problems! Great network

Good customer service, very welcoming because as soon as I entered the store I was greeted by a member of staff who allocated me to a customer service assistant. I received a good service and explained to me different options of the contract phone that I wanted. He was clear communication and I clearly understood. Very pleased
