Brilliant service
Big thank you to Nazim who was both very helpful and informative today. Provided us with tons of information and guidance on the products whilst also being friendly and comfortable to be around. Initially came in to purchase a replacement SIM but actually ended up buying a brand new phone as well thanks to the service.

The service I received was exceptional. After trying online for two days and getting no where I decided to go I store. Pamper resolved my issues and we chatted endlessly. What a pleasant experience. Smashing customer service
I had a problem today - my phone wasn't charging properly so I popped into the Brent Cross store. Syed looked after me wonderfully . He checked my cable - which was only working intermittently. The store doesn't sell them - but he told me where I could buy one: and he kindly kept my phone on charge while I went to buy a new one. The associate front of house (sorry I don't know his name) was really helpful too. Thank you!

Paying and not receiving! Horrible reception
Vodafone didn't give me the service paid for, horrible reception, no ended calls, messages, don't make it easy to change for another product to keep the client and is still charging me a fine for a service that doesn't work. Anyways, after procedures, tests, changing devices and blablabla nothing worked. Since July having trouble. they don't have access to the reference chats, the tests that they have done, the investigation that they did, nothing! But I have the chat copy, so feel free to ask me and I will show you. So if you are reading this, go for BT, O2 or other provider that will give you a good service for what you are paying for. Bad experience and now taking VOdafone to the court.

It is impossible to speak with customer…
It is impossible to speak with the staff from customer helpline on Vodafone.
I have rang them 5 time during 1 hour and they simply switched off after 15 minutes of presing numbers and numbers to get to the correct department.
It has began to be a complete useless company.
