Im feeling very hopful with these tablets, i have noticed new growth which feels healthier and stronger. I have afro hair and was experiencing breakage espcially along the hair line. The hair is coming back nicely, i can see and feel the difference in my roots which are nice and coily and firm. I have also done a big chop to about 8/9inchs to remove the damaged dry ends.
