Do Not Buy from Vivid Seats
In June 2026, I purchased FIFA World Cup tickets through your Vivid Seats. The day before the event, the tickets had not been transferred and were not available in my FIFA app.
On the day of the event, I received an email stating that my tickets had been transferred. The email included my order number and seat information, leading me to believe the issue had been resolved.
However, when I arrived at Levi's Stadium, I was unable to access the tickets. There were no tickets in my FIFA account, and I could not enter the event.
I immediately contacted Customer Support and was told that the tickets had been transferred to my FIFA app. That statement was incorrect. The tickets were never delivered, and I never had access to them.
The support team continues to claim that it has confirmation the tickets were transferred, yet it has refused to provide any evidence to support that claim. If the transfer was successful, there should be records showing the date, time, recipient account, and successful delivery.
Because the tickets were never transferred, I was unable to attend the event through no fault of my own. Refusing to issue a refund is inconsistent with your 100% Buyer Guarantee. I respectfully request either a full refund or documentary evidence proving the tickets were successfully transferred to my FIFA account.

What a bunch of crooks—don't buy your tickets from them. They’ll claim there’s a technical issue and act clueless about why you haven't received anything. They’ll treat you like an idiot, explaining how a link works, all just to send you to the venue without a valid ticket. I had to buy new tickets on the spot—and I was lucky there were even any left.
Stay away from these thieves. The person at the reception told me so herself: "You got screwed by Vividseats."
I can provide proof that they don't deliver and refuse any responsability afterwards. I will sue them out of principle, I don't care.
