I purchased their service to get a copy of my Texas birth certificate. I requested and paid for expedited service which should have arrived 8 days later. Almost a month later, I checked why it hadn't arrived and they said it had been cancelled by the issuing agency and I could file by mail. They offered a 20% refund for no service. I contacted my bank and they credited me with the full amount of the fraudulent charge.
This is a scam company.

Avoid this company! Not worth the frustration, or expense! My girlfriend was ordering and paying to get a copy of my birth certificate with my authorization. I sent them copies of my Drivers license and a signed document with my authorization. I'm really surprised that States allow these BS Companies to act on their behalf!

I ordered three of my great-grandmother's birth certificates through Oklahoma's website and paid more than $300. This company won't submit the request to Oklahoma until I get a signed permission letter from my great-grandmother, who passed away more than 30 years ago. I've had previous bad experiences with this company and wasted money trying to get documents that I paid for.
