Great Customer Service

Item was out of stock even though it was available to purchase on the website. Normally, I would get an email telling me that my order will be cancelled. Was instead contacted by them to say they’d be helping to order from their supplier, so there’ll be some delays. Very prompt follow up and effort to help their customers.

Spoke to Vision3K first to confirm they had the stock before placing order online. Lady i spoke to was really helpful and gave me a current promotion code to add a 10% discount on line purchase. Glasses turned up really well packaged and within 3 days. Very happy thank you Vision3K.

Outstanding Customer Service

Outstanding customer service both over the phone and by email from Suzanne and herv team at V3K.I was unsure whether to purchase sunglasses over the internet but after speaking to Suzanne I gave it a try.I am delighted with the product,speed of delivery and communications with V3K.How nice in this day and age that you can speak to competent and considerate people easily over the phone with a web based shop.

Great customer service experience

Great customer service experience. Enquired about some replacement lenses for ski goggles as the website was showing the wrong model type, Suzanne - Vision 3k Manager provided me with photos to support the correct model type. Nothing was a problem and although I had a number of queries before purchasing my chosen item, Suzanne responded professionally & courteously to each request. A pleasure to do business with.
