So far, I am happy with the car, however if thinking of buying from them they add an admin fee for a cash sale, buying cars for over 40 years and never paid an admin fee for paying cash.
If they are going to charge an admin fee put it alongside the price. Don’t hide it in the vehicle description, and don’t write it in a confusing way!
“We Also Offer Some of the Most Competitive Finance Rates on The Market. Administration Fee Applies.”
Reading that it suggests the admin fee is for arranging the finance, when challenged about it was told it was to cover the cost of an HPI check, I have done an HPI check it cost me £9.99.
As I bought the car there was no problem with the £100 deposit, but I wonder what would have happened if I hadn’t purchased the car, even that is a bit dodgy, if you are advertising a car for sale, it should be ready for sale, maybe not ready to go but the basics done.
After this I was not so confident with anything I had been told. Vehicle was supposed to have had an oil and filter change. I checked the oil which was very dirty, and if they had changed the filter, they need to tell fords how they did it, as on this car the oil filter is very awkward to get to and bits have to be removed.
I changed the oil and filter myself later that day, I am a retired diesel fitter, if that oil and filter was new, then it done an awful lot of cleaning in 24 hours and 45 miles.
As stated, can not fault the car all seems fine and being a fitter any problems can be rectified by myself if we do have any.
Having since read some reviews it seems they need to revise their business practices, sadly I could not honestly recommend them to anyone.

Absolute awful company, strung us along for over a month after we left a deposit on a car, no end of excuses and then they pulled out of sale. We did deposit back however are still out of pocket due to booking a train ticket. I would not recommend this company and can’t understand how they are still in business.

I bought a Peugeot 307 from the haydock branch this summer and I can say I didn’t have the best experience. Shortly after driving the car home I noticed that the airbag warning light came on, I contacted the sales office by email to explain the situation. After weeks I finally got a phone call from themselves to say that they would book me in and would give me a phone call to get it sorted, nothing ever came. I had to strip the car down to find the fault and what we found was a very unsafe car, the car was saturated with water due to a leak somewhere in the vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend buying from here, very unsafe. I’m left without my car for work and my wife is now struggling to take our new born to her appointments with myself using the family car.

From the first phone call to Vision Motors Haydock I knew we were getting a great deal.
Jake was outstanding in his assistance. He advised us if we wanted we could put a securing deposit on the car until we could make it to the garage to view and test drive it. This was great for us as we were travelling from the Wirral.
He assured us the car would be MOT'd, Serviced and valeted prior to our arrival.
He was incredibly helpful when we arrived and the car was exactly as advertised.
We took it for a test drive and it didn't disappoint.
When we got back the paper work process was simple and we were on our way in no time.
Thanks again to Jake. I would recommend this garage to anyone.

Absolute vile scammers. They get trust pilot to remove all the negative reviews immediately. Sell broken cars to honest working class people and when they break a month later they do anything and everything they can to lie and shift the blame. Avoid at all costs

Sold me a faulty car and won’t address my complaint, repair the vehicle, or provide a refund. Do not deal with this company. They flag all their one star reviews as fake so that truspilot removes them. You will regret dealing with them.

phoned Vision Motors in Leeds about a car they had and spoke to Jason we haggled about my trade in and the price of the car i was interested in which i thought was at a good price we came to an aggreement and i travelled down to Leeds from Cumbernauld Itook the car for a test and was good .
I paid the balance and drove home.When i got home and was setting up the car as i wanted it i discovered that the steering wheel controls were not working
I phoned Jason and we agreed that they would pay for a replacement part,the part was delivered and i fitted it and i was fully reimburst and the car is running great. the service from Jason and Vision Motors has been first class and i would highly recommend them.

Sold me a faulty car and have refused to repair it and refused to address my complaint. Do not buy a vehicle from this company. They have done this to hundreds if not thousands of people. They flag all their one star reviews as fake and trustpilot unfairly removes them.

Paid £250 deposit on a car haven’t heard a word from them since

please avoid this company, they said they serviced the car but it was not serviced. even engine oil was not changed or topped up. avoid them at all cost.

Beware tried to sell me a cat car and didn’t inform me. Then sold me a car and kept being told would be ready. Waited 4 weeks and gave up.

I have had the same issue as many. I bought a vehicle which was delivered. It was no where near as described and within a week broke down. Even with a full report from the RAC, a mechanic report and photo evidence they are denying any issues. Managed to get the car rejected and 4 weeks later still waiting for a refund. They are trying to tell me they will return my money minus £500 of which I declined now they are telling me to take them to court over it and no refund until then. Now the car is back up for sale.

Currently had the misfortune of buying a death trap from the Haydock branch 😒 multiple pre-existing faults then replaced with a faulty engine and the car is currently at the garage being investigated. Awaiting refund on a car that wasn't road legal to begin with and spent more time in a garage!

Utterly dreadful. After pressuring you into paying a £100 deposit telling you the car is ready to go even though it isn’t and needs loads doing they promise you a road legal courtesy car when you bring it back in for repair but it’s untaxed. On driving home warning lights appear within 5 miles they act all surprised and promise to sort them out. So 2 days there need your car 9 days later it’s finally ready after days of lies and being ignored. So on the drive home the warning lights come on again so I take it to a proper garage and it needs over £400 of work. Avoid these cowboys and go elsewhere!

I paid a deposit on a car then I started to get suspicious... no service history, vague MOT details, car not being ready on agreed collection date which then made me Google the company and I came across an interesting Facebook site full of complaints! I was naturally suspicious but I decided to go ahead with the purchase and travelled a 3 hour journey to get to them. Car looked nice on arrival but opened the back door and the seat wasn't on its runners properly, the seat belt on the same seat was smashed but somehow working and the next seat belt along didn't work at all! I complained to the salesman who immediately handed me over to the "manager". He advised they'd make the necessary repairs, put another 12 month MOT on the vehicle and deliver the car to me, giving me a courtesy car in the meantime so I could leave my part exchange vehicle with them, not a chance! I was there for 2 hours while they tried to "fix" the issues but by this point I'd had enough and the longer I stayed, the more faults I found with the car. Having the knowledge of the facebook group made me question everything and trust nothing. I eventually left empty handed with the promise of my refund being given the following Friday as this is the only day they do refunds apparently! I drive 2 miles down the road to get something to eat and there was the car back on autotrader in less than 10 minutes! I demanded my deposit back by close of business Monday with the threat of trading standards if they didn't do it as they are selling a car that is illegal due to not having working seat belts. I got the deposit back within the hour and a promise that the vehicle is in the work shop as we speak. Please avoid this vehicle and company at all costs. A family car with bodged seat belts is a fatality waiting to happen! A very lucky escape for me, I fear the next family may not be so lucky!
To top it off a week later, after I posted my experience on the complaints site of facebook, I received a call from "the manager" who felt my post was unreasonable and they'd made a genuine mistake. There was nothing genuine about it and I stand by what I've written. Just when I thought they couldn't get anymore unprofessional! Don't trust this company and certainly don't give them your money!

Buying a new car no matter your budget or age should be an exciting experience.
If I could give -0 stars i absolutely would that’s how bad these cowboys are.
I very rarely right reviews but on this occasion I feel I should. If only to try and protect people from experiencing what we and many other people are going through with this scrapyard. Just check out the Facebook page
I did some research before going to them. Checked the reviews on here which I thought were genuine. Many of the good reviews you read are falsified. Don’t be fooled.
My son was put on the road unsafely in one of their cars. Using his trust fund to buy his first car which he had a week before the problems stated. They then had it for 7 weeks to fix and then sent it back with more issues. Independent mechanic inspector condemned the car. Gave us an older car on lian but that had issues and yes a £700 excess for the privilege.
When you complain and ask for a refund you are abused by Stuart the so called business owner who ‘doesn’t deal with customers’ When he does he will hurl verbal abuse and profanities at you. especially women😔 I don’t know who this poor excuse of a human thinks he is?
If you’re reading this take a long hard look at yourself. Don’t know how you sleep at night. One day you will kill someone with your dodgy motors. You should be ashamed of yourselves. That goes for every single employee who works there.
What goes around comes around remember that 🤷‍♀️
They will smile and take your money, but don’t expect any customer care after that.
So many people in the court process with them and the disgruntled customers are rising.
If you considering this firm for your next car do yourself a favour and keep searching. You WILL regret it if you don’t

Honestly was 100% top customer service from the moment I enquired to the moment I drove off in my new Land Rover. Jake was amazing and did all he could for me through the whole purchase. I’m a very happy customer and Jake is a lovely sales man (also easy on the eye 😂)

We bought a Ford Kuga off these guys 4mths ago and transferred 8 grand over. They delivered it with the engine management light on and was in and out the garage 3 times in 3 months before this finally stopped. Cars done about 1200 miles and was making various noises , garage checked it to say there's a leak in the coolant system , wheel bearings totally shot and the clutch is completely knackered. Contacted them and after numerous attempts they actually acknowledged and said its wear and tear , so now we are taking them to court. Please read and avoid this place, I wish we had before giving them our hard earned cash

Shocking experience do not use!
I have been dealing with a guy called Liam for weeks. I have wanted to get in touch with a manager but Liam has failed to put me in touch such a let down as my car that I purchased from them is actually decent. When we purchased my car Liam told me he had taken care of everything and we did all the transfer on his iPad. Months after the dvla are charging me a fine of £100 as the ownership was not changed correctly and liam had failed to insure my sold car meaning I was responsible for a fine due to liams negligence. I have been chasing Liam for weeks to ask if he is happy to pay this fine only for him to ignore my messages or reply saying he would pay and then not. It’s such a shame as we really liked the manager of this company but Liam really lets the company down.
I have really given a fair chance before writing this review by asking Liam to rectify this issue with deadlines and he has failed to help. The fine was only £50 to begin with but as Liam has wasted my time in trying to fix the matter it went up.
Really unhappy customer and would highly recommend anyone wanting a car from here to stay well clear!!

Personally I would stay away if I were you. Called to agree a deal, paid £1000 deposit, and travelled over 4 hours to buy the car. In my way, they called to say that the car wasn’t ready (they’d had a week to sort), but then called again to say they’d make it work.

Arrived to see the car being cleaned, opened the door and there were 3 rips in the front seats. Surprised I had an issue with this they took me into another room to renegotiate.

After being honest and letting them know I just wanted my money back, I was promised the money back the next morning.

Over the next 5 days I had to call to chase 8 seperate times and was told different stories along the way as to why I had not been paid back.

All that goes through your mind is they’re hoping I’d forget about the £1000 but unfortunately I didn’t.

Would never promote this service.
