Ordered a Visconti Arthur wallet, Burnish Blue. Arrived quickly. Packaging was beautiful and wallet is exquisite. My first impression was Wow wow wow! Even better than the pictures online. The leather is soft and a beautiful dark blue, and the inside finishings are wonderful. Hope to use it for a long time!
I bought this beautiful bag, which was £100, in Sept 2024. Now the magnetic fastenings are rusted! This is so poor. The customer service were deeply unsympathetic saying it's out of warranty, they don't cover wear and tear. It's not 10 years old! Not even 2 years. I had to persuade them to send the little metal things, worth pennies, for free, they wanted to charge me. Just really not great service. I love the bag. Now I have to spend money to go to a repair shop to replace the clasps and they won't pay for any repairs. We're prob talking a tenner! It's just so cheap and mealy mouthed. These companies don't give a toss. Once you've bought their product, it's goodbye and good luck.
I ordered a Mondello Zip around Cash & Card Wallet in Burnished Tan on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday. It's a good value, nice looking, well-made wallet and all my cards easily fit into it. I particularly like the pouch outside the RFID cage which is perfect for my Oyster card - already tested on the Tube with no card clash - what's not to like about that! 10/10.
Misleidende verkoop. Binnen 1 dag verzonden (uit China ja). Maar met Hollandse prijzen. Van €60 voor €30. Direct bij op Ali voor <10,-. Voor mij de 1e en laatste keer. Een gewaarschuwd mens....
Purchased laptop bag over 5 years ago. After years of use I broke the shoulder strap. I phoned Visconti- no worries a new strap is £20 inc postage. Arrived next day.
Great product, excellent customer service.
Broek besteld
Verkeerde kleur en maat
Diverse keren telefonisch contact gezocht
Slechte online winkel dus.
Zeer misleidende website
Waardeloze artikelen uit China die worden opgestuurd

The bag looks great and has a good price, but the brown oily colour rubs off on my clothing. Very annoying indeed!! They should fix this!!!
Uiterst degelijke lederwaren met uniek signatuur tegen lage prijzen. Mijn Visconti portemonnee is de beste die ik ooit heb gehad.
Wow brilliant service. Ordered on Wed afternoon delivered next morning. My new purse in gorgeous. Delighted
Excellent. I have bought several travel accessories as gifts from this company over the years, and they have always excelled with their efficient service and great value but most importantly, high quality products. Highly recommend!
Ordered a 707 hunter wallet from a secondary supplier (amazon), loved the quality but slightly too large for requirements. Ordered a 705 hunter (arrow) and perfect, best wallet ever owned. 707 didn't go to waste, was gifted to a family member who loves it
Had a wallet for around 3 years and its falling a part.Wouldnt recomend there are better quality wallets for same price
