The problem is that I didn't get MY visa. Of course, I received a visa from you, using the details of a completely different person, even though the details of the visa applicant were correct. However, the visa itself contained different data

Avoid - Use someone else

The website is too easy to use, making it very easy to make a small error. You will pay, they offer no adjustments. Also at 90% places where you need a Visa, it is cheaper and faster to do it at the airport. Don’t be a sucker like me.

bug in your system and nobody offered a solutionn eyi servc

it was impossible during many hours, days to complete the application. The customer-service personnel sent message that because of an error in the system my application could not be treated.

easy to use

it was easy and simple and within 24 hours we got our positive response and our visa (for my family of five).

Since using the website I have been directed by my travel operator to other websites and found VISAGOV to be the most cost effective.

Good experience

I ordered a visa for Sri Lanka but I made a mistake filling my data. I did realize after sending the form so I sent an email to customer service. They were friendly and they solved my problem fast. After that I receive my visa within a week. I highly recommend their services!
