So I been a loyal customer for 12 years. My personal circumstances have changed and I’m being made homeless at the end of July. I call virgin to tell them my situation a month in advance and they have hit me with a £879.00 early cancellation fee.

No fail after each Monmouth effort trying to get it sorted and having been promised its sorted the bill is still wrong ' virgin media has given me ptsd bring back envelopes and stamps please landlines and no mobiles and maybe humanity stands a chance to live without faceless companies with no integrity

If I could submit zero stars I would This company is a disgrace and I am exhausted trying to deal with them They sent an email for me to renew my contract which I did only to find that this had not been done I received my bill for April which was over £230 I paid £150 and logged all the calls I made on my landline which added up to 8 in total all local I have just received my bill for May and it’s a total of £333 so I called the payment line to get a proper balance and was told I need to pay £193 to maintain my services ? Also when trying to contact customer services it’s disgraceful how long it takes to get through to find someone with limited understanding of the English language who is extremely rude and just seems to read from a list of generic questions on a sheet of paper in front of them Needless to say I will be refusing to pay until they remove my services completely and going with BT I would advise anyone NOT to go with Virgin is a dreadful money grabbing company and I have to submit my email so I will probably be subjected to more abuse …. This is in reply to the reply I got from this review I am beyond wanting to go down that rabbit hole AGAIN!!!!!! The only way I will contact Virgin is to have their services removed and I shall have BT installed in its place You have been submitting extortionate statements to me for over a year or more with my bills averaging out at over £200 and I have paid these . I did try asking for a extension for 2 days and was transferred to another member of staff who interrogated me and asking me why my bill was so high ….. the cheek ….. So take your greedy little company and its services and do not reply to this Thank you
