Only used sports betting , tried to login but nothing , e mailed support , they told me that my account was closed immediately , no reason given , why not tell me beforehand , totally unprofessional , absurd

Looks like they’ve spat their dummy out as I’ve not put any money in my account for a couple of months and using their free £1 bet every Sunday is too much for them.

absolutely awful, gave wrong internal match facts, i thought i was guaranteed win, nope apparently, probably spelt wrong,did not happen, never bet with this website again, customer service is none apparent, i feel ggod closing my account

Got a restriction on my account for absolutely nothing I've done all because I use the free bet on a Sunday and use the five day squad free game the most I bet on a weekly basis is around £1 pound and obviously it's not enough money for them to make joke

I am very disappointed with how Virgin Bet handled my responsible gambling complaint.
I experienced significant and rapid losses over a short period of time, yet no effective intervention took place. When I raised concerns, the way my complaint was handled felt cold and dismissive, which added further distress.
Although I followed the full complaints and ADR process, at no point did I feel supported or treated with empathy. The overall experience left me feeling unheard and dehumanised.
Due to the seriousness of my concerns, the matter has now been reported to the Gambling Commission, and I am also raising this with my Member of Parliament.
I hope Virgin Bet reflect seriously on how they support customers experiencing gambling harm, and how they communicate during the complaints process.
I did contact Virgin Bet directly and followed the full complaints and ADR process. Unfortunately, the outcome did not adequately address the responsible gambling concerns I raised, nor did it reflect the level of care or empathy I would expect when a customer is experiencing gambling harm.
This is why I chose to share my experience publicly. My review reflects my genuine experience and I stand by it.

Got an email today after winning £1 on FIVES. They blocked me from using promotional stuff and free to play games. Didn't do anything wrong. Seems like they'll throw a fit if they have to give money to people. Just close your accounts people.

Absolutely disgraceful site got a email banning me for no reason only used it to play fives. Well stick your betting site I'd give you no stars if possible

Received an email saying my account was restricted with no explanation given and I have not breeched any of the terms of use. Spoke to agent Emily H on live chat who provided no further answer and when I asked to close my account as no resolution was received, she ended the chat! Rude and unprofessional. Quick to take your money but don’t want to pay out so restrict account without good reason!

Enjoyed VirginBet for many years, then out of the blue an email tonight telling me I'm gubbed. I'm slightly up for this year with them but nothing outrageous. I'm sure I'll get over it!

Loyal customer, never had any issues, until the last few days. Virgin bet quickly take your deposits but can’t settle a bet within 1 hour. It’s still not settled and currently 26 hours and going. Absolutely shocking

Bet £10 Football bet in an offer to get a £5 free bet for a match the next day. £10 bet lost and £5 bet credited. When trying to use i found my max stake had been set to 0 so I can’t use it.

It’s only a fiver but it’s the principal of not honouring a bet made

I was lucky enough to win £800 on a 20p stake. However since then I have had anything on that game or another game in £150 all whilst on a 20p stake so thats a lot of spins. Bonus rounds are less frequent and dont pay out anymore. When I was first using the app, I was winning left right and centre. It seems as if it was actually just a plan to draw me in and stake higher. Grateful for the big win of course but I am sceptical about using this app anymore. Cheers

Coming here to say I took the free spins as I like the slots. I won a bit and have had absolutely no issues on the slot side which is all I play. In fact I prefer it to most of the other sites I have played slots on. Deposit and withdrawals are quick.

The slots seem to have decent RTPs at least in my experience. Just thought I would leave some good feedback amongst all the bad reviews as it's in no way been my experience at all.
