What a terrible way to run a bookmakers .
I joined as a 75 yrold about 4 months ago . I signed up for the free bet promotion and won and I won a few other free bets that they had sent me. My wins were pure luck and amounted to about 200 pounds .
They aske me to confirm my identity by photograph which I did do and passed the security .The very next day they said I could not place any more bets and would not give me the reason why. I can only believe the reason to be I had won more then I lost as they wrote to me saying I could not place any morte bets but the good news was I could play casino if I liked .
Disgusting that they thought I would be silly enough to place my winnings on a computer spinning wheel.
After 50 yrs of having small bets I have never known anything like it .
Plenty of other fish in the seas ..

Worst gambling site ever. Start making money via betting or slots , they block your betting and take everything from you via slots. Zero money or bonuses or play time. Closed my account and report it to ombudsman

Looking at all the other views, and the company's obvious real indifference to them, it almost seems pointless to make any further comment. However, I think this bookmaker is so bad that others should be made increasingly aware of what to expect. I did not use their site an enormous amount, but I did make genuine bets and my account was always well in credit. Yesterday I took up their offer on racing - bet £10 and get a £10 free bet if your horse loses. My horse lost and I got the free bet. So far, so good, until I came to use it! Then whenever I tried to use the free bet it was rejected. Eventually I contacted their support and was told that, effectively, my account had been closed! No reason was given. An absolutely shocking way to treat customers. There are genuine bookmakers out there, who treat their customers well - but Virgin Bet is clearly not one of them.

Was a great site when i first signed up was giving me little wins nothing big but enough to continue playing. They also do weekly free picks which was giving me anywhere from £5 to £20 or 50spins then at end month you a monthly free game where i was getting upwards of 25 free spins so I decided to make this my full time betting site and i am depositing 2+ times a week but then it went downhill the weekly free games i never win and on the monthly game i win 3 to 5 spins which is nothing when you deposit 100s a month. They also use to give me a free sunday build a bet of £5 but then they changed it to you must place a certain amount on sportsbook to claim and casino stake dont count which is fine as i do horse bets as well and after doing £100 worth of horses bets in one week i thought ill do my free build a bet on the football only to be given £1 and not the usual £5. And even the casino wins are rubbish you deposit £100 and then finally get a bonus for £10 or less and when id does give you a £100 win you have depsoit £300 so still end up down and stakes make no difference you can win £50 on 20p spins yet then do £1 spins and win £5.34 joke of a site .

Spent hundreds in a short time being with Virgin Bet and never got a single win on top of that virgin bet robbed cash on fives also in ice fishing contacted support and after giving all personal details etc was told cannot help due to incorrect details provided and the agent rudely left in the middle of communication I strongly recommend other trustworthy and supportive gambling sites I’ve joined Mecca bingo which so far seems great in wins but some games while playing in the 3rd spin in slots occurs error but it’s way better then virgin bet it’s a thieving rude and unprofessional site would never recommend I’d give it a minus 0 it’s typical virgin bet replies with bogus excuses please do not fall for it

Wouldn't bother with this site just another greedy disgusting thieving company. Bonuses are so hard to get and when you do get them they pay absolutely nothing. Use any other site rather than this

Used to be a mt favourite betting site but noticed soon as I started winning errors and wouldn't let me pull my £300 out. Ended up playing with it over a period and losing it. Never again, deleted me account.

There is no brand I despise more than Virgin. I hate Virgin with a passion. I had Virgin Media and it was the worst experience ever. But I opened a Virgin Bet account and after a few weeks of being £70 up they effectively closed my account. You can see it in the comments lots of people have experienced the same. What a vile company you are.

The slots are rigged to death had nothing but losses over months now I'm over 4 grand down bonuses are virtually none existent played for over two hours one time to hit a bonus and get £10.45 back after eating a few hundred quid the monthly and weekly games are terrible the weekly your lucky to get 5 spins and the monthly after losing all month get 6 spins and the weekly and monthly go on how much you've lost it's not random luck either

Been smooth sailing til recently. Their promotions are misleading and there customer service is poor. Don't even try to resolve the matter. I had a bet £20 and get £20 in free bets (£10 instantly and £10 for the world Cup) but I only received £5 in free bets and when contacted support there saying it was only £10 in free bets which I didn't see because that specific one wasn't there. Virgin Bets is 100% scam, I have exclusively used Virgin bets for the past month and I haven't won a single cent after spending 1000's, when you deposit your funds don't even go up, when you get bonus spins you win nothing. This casino needs to be audited and closed down as they are definitely not following regulations, I don't care what they say about random number generators that's a absolute load of lies that they would like you to believe, My experience with this casino is dissapointing and I'm not basing it on just 1, 2 or 3 or even 4 or 5 deposits and straight losses, it's a on going thing, right after I called them out in the initial review I wrote they disabled my account which proves that they have something to hide.

If you win a few bets, Virginbet would restrict your account without telling you and put all sorts of restrictions on your account. No promotion, NO BOG etc. They even bother to inforn you of these restrctions until you face them. Stay clear of this website. ODDS offered are poor mostly on the website.

I've been with this site for a while now , absolutely loved it until 2 days ago they closed my account I haven't done anything, literally nothing . I deposited and played that day and later on tried to log back in and was denied access. When I asked them to give me a reason they basically said no

I used to bet in Virgin as the odds are fair and very easy to use interface… one day, all of the sudden I no longer can place special offer, and not able to place bet as ‘excess limited’
Very weird! All I can do is to withdraw money.

They used to be good, but have got VERY complacent.

The big boys constantly offer a cycle of free loyalty bets depending on the amount of business you give them. Virginbet simply don't bother. If you're very lucky you may get a £5 free bet builder on a Sunday. They don't reward repeat business or loyalty at all.

The website frequently crashes and often information they give about a race is wrong. If you raise it they point to a term in their business terms which basically says "tough sh!t" Their virtual racing platform is awful, constantly shows wrong info and most winners are over 20/1 so you have no chance.

In short, they're fine for a "couple of times a year punter" If you regularly use online bookmaker, they need swerving as your loyalty means absolutely zero to them

UPDATE : Downgraded my review to ZERO. Just played the Monthly free game. Had all 31 picks for May........DIDNT EVEN GET 1 FREE SPIN... Virginbet are becoming a gag bookmaker.

Appalling.
Provided with various documentation and they closed the account when I raised my limits.
Obviously just want small time losers as members

This Person was refusing to listen to anything I said and Threatened me twice to try and twist the situation.

It took over 30 minutes to raise a Complaint and even when this was finally done, this person did not acknowledge a single thing.

Stay away from Virgin Bet.
