I ordered 1 hose reel from this company for $62.10 order# 262338 on March 27,2024 and paid using PayPal. I never received the order but I noticed that my PayPal account was debited $124.20 for 2 items costing $62.10 and when I checked with paypal regarding the charge the reference indicated a charge for 2 magazines. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they investigated and found in favor of the seller saying that the items were delivered. I closed my PayPal account and subsequently discovered the email receipt from viphomesite for the hose reel with a tracking number and realized the $62.10 PayPalcharge was actually for the hose reel that I was charged for twice and never received. The tracking number cannot be identified on their website and there is no contact phone number. I would not recommend anybody order from this site. PayPal refuses to do any further investigation and I am out $124.20

This website is totally bogus. The price for the product offered was much too good to be true (normally sells for $1500, they were offering it for $61.78.) I placed the order just to see what would happen. When I did not receive the normal email confirmation within 3 minutes, I went back to the website to cancel my order. The cancellation process did not work, and I was told there was no record of my order. So I went to my Paypal account and cancelled the payment. I did it fast enough that there was no money paid to the merchant. Interesting that, when I looked up the charge on Paypal, the fraudulent website had switched the vendor name on the charge to a completely unrelated third party. Sneaky. Lesson learned.

This website is a total scam. I should have known better; the site is ugly and poorly designed. I couldn't complete my purchase using a credit card, but PayPal was offered an option. The payment was accepted by someone named Kiondra Young. The following day, there were attempts to make purchases using my bank card. I never got confirmation of my order or any shipping information. There's no phone number listed in the contact information. The email function on the site doesn't work and direct email bounced back.

This company is positively absolutely A SCAM.. these POS should die a thousand deaths . They are taking people's$ Only to never get a confirmation number at end of transaction. Good luck trying to contact these thieving basturds. But money has already taking out of whatever account u used. These low life crumb grabbing shut holes may their mothers breakout with deadly STDs. When exposed close up and move this scam under a diff name to repeat to the unsuspecting.. good luck trying to get money back it's far n few. Do ur research and ck reviews. I wish I did. Ty trust pilot for creating this platform to inform others of scammers and sites great job! 💯

I can confirm this is a scam, I tried to order a Dryer of this website it came up as a recurring charge and got a few charges through before I realize what was going on, I have a dispute through PayPal but if you happen to use your own credit card immediately cancel it because they will keep charging you😐

Darn it! I wish that I had checked for “scams” with this company before I ordered! I knew that the price looked too good to be true, but I was hopeful and the website looked so professional, that I went ahead, paying via PayPal (to a “Leslie Chan”). I never received any confirmation and became suspicious and decided to investigate further, finding this site. No ability to contact the company…no response on their website. Another sad lesson to be more discerning and less trustful. Fortunately, I filed my concerns with Paypal and was immediately reimbursed. Scams are getting more and more sophisticated…

BEWARE: Viphomesite.com is a fraudulent website. I also reported it to Better Business Bureau.
Their posted email: service @ viphomesite.com is a fake email and does not respond. They setup multiple recurring payment with PayPal. I spotted it quickly and disabled it. PayPal was able to get my money back.

SCAM. I cancelled my pay pal account and had to cut up my card through my bank. no reply from the company. they should be arrested for fraud.

I should have known the price was too good to be true, but hope springs eternal!! I took a screenshot of the confirmation page at the end of my order, this ended up being a good thing because I never got a confirmation email and their system said no such order. The money was taken out of my account via PayPal, though. The charge was set up as a recurring payment. I caught that, thankfully, and cancelled all future payments beyond the initial one. I contacted PayPal after attempts to contact the company, Treasures Abound, were undeliverable. They got the seller to agree to a refund, but it never arrived. I kept at it through PayPal and finally did get a full refund. I suspect the refund came from PayPal and not Treasures Abound, which has probably been dismantled and reconstructed elsewhere under a different name.

Scam site for sure. They somehow know what you have been searching for then put it up at ridiculously low price. I ordered two motors for my pellet stove and never recieved a response but they tried to charge pay pal. TOTAL SCAM SITE

viphomesite.com is a fraudulent site with sophisticated targeted marketing. I tried to purchase an item for $80 USD, and chose to pay with Paypal, and it somehow was redirected as a DONATION to a paypal account Michael Lutz (is the paypal name). Donations to paypal accounts are unrecoverable. Dont ever use them. I am closing my paypal account, because they are using their platform to enable theft of transactions, to offshore hackers.

FRAUD! SCAM! Buyer Beware. Same experience as previous reviewer. Checking out, it legitimately looks like you’re using PayPal, but that is your only option. You can’t bypass PayPal, which should have been the first red flag. Now, my credit card shows two charges from Tina (Paypal, notice the second “p” is not capitalized) for transportation.
I thought I was buying a part for my pellet stove. Logging into PayPal, through their app, I show no activity. So, Yes, 100%, this site is a scam. Also, after making my “purchase”, a few days later, I was contacted by “Jill” (with a very thick, Middle Eastern accent) from “Amazon” to confirm a purchase I had made, which I hadn’t. Somehow they had an old list of my information, but were attempting to drill down to what was current. Luckily (hopefully), I caught on quickly enough and abruptly ended the call.
So, in a long, drawn out explanation - viphomesite is not a legitimate business!!!!!

Ordered a bathroom fan from this website. Charged my PayPal as Just Kids Entertainment and never received fan. Contacted Just Kids Entertainment multiple times and no response. This website seems like a shell company for online fraud.
