I have been extremely frustrated by the lack of customer service within this company. I ordered front and rear wipers for my car which was ordered with no issue. The front wipers were great.

However I have found out shortly after that the rear wiper issued to me was the wrong length for my car. I have contacted the email address on now 3 occasions to raise this with absolutely no response.

I have phoned the contact number on the website about 10 times in the last 3 months (and left messages) with again no answer/response.

I have contacted them on both Facebook and Instagram to try a different method of reaching out and again, no response .

Delivered quickly and the YouTube video was so helpful. I watched it twice and fitted them in 5 minutes, a job I have been putting off and have previously paid someone to do for me. Very happy with the service and the quality and will definitely be ordering from Vipa again.

Product arrived on time, was well packaged and excellent quality.

I ordered a set of 3 wiper blades. When they arrived, the rear windscreen wiper was incorrect. ( note all three blades supplied were universal fittings). I have repeatedly tried to contact them, but they don't respond to phone messages or e-mails. In fact they only send out adverts to buy more products. They use Trustpilot as a major plank of their advertising.

Saw the adverts and promises and ordered front and read wipers for my car as it is six years old and the wipers have finally failed. Within four months the rear one was flapping around. And instantly the front ones smeared. False promises.
Contacted the customer services via email and phone. . . Two months later still no reply. Have had to buy Bosch to replace the rear.
Massively disappointed in the quality and the service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ive used Vipa a number of times on different cars. Each one fits exactly with no fuss. The wipers work well with no streaks. Very satisfied.

I was so impressed with my previous wipers, so I bought this purchase as replacements for my vehicles should they be needed.
Not impressed with Royal Mail delivery, has delivery I waited for on tracking said out for delivery which I stayed in for came the day after.
How does Royal Mail exist?

Its quite simply a good reliable company that always delivers.
Customer Service is top.

Good quality great price easy to fit

Possibly one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. The Wiper blades didn't fit properly, didn't even touch the screen at both ends. Returned for a refund, blades received and a refund agreed. Multiple refunds attempted but I've never heard of this before, their own bank stopped each refund before it got paid! Gave up in the end, PayPal didn't want to know in the end as it went over the 30 day limit. I'll never deal with these jokers again.

I've used this company before on a few occasions and as always they are prompt with the delivery , you recieve the goods within 2 days . Also good blades the materials are good quality so will keep using them when needed.

Worst blades ever and no responses from Vipa when trying to contact them. Would stay well clear of these poor quality blades

Received my new windscreen wiper blades but they were not the type I wanted.
I contacted customer service and they sent the ones I wanted out within a day.

I bought after seeing the ad and reading the reviews on Facebook. The wipers arrived quickly and were very easy to fit ( less than 5 minutes ) and so far proving to be excellent. I have since ordered a set for my wife's car.

I ordered wiper blades for my clio, not the easiest to fit, I managed to break the plastic clip in the process, probably my fault, excellent customer service from ian & Don, they quickly sent replacement part, all fitted, easy when you know how, good quality blades.

Ordered front and rear wiper blades for my mini online.Delivery was fast.
Fitting the wipers was easy as they were a straight forward swap, no need for any returns. Fitted perfectly.
Viper blades are my preferred supplier.
