Amazing. I’ve been burnt by a vinyl seller recently who was advertising records he clearly didn’t have in stock and who subsequently became abusive when I asked for a refund Vinyl Tempo couldn’t be... Näytä lisää

Amazing! Couldn’t find a specific record stocked ANYWHERE in the UK, not even an independent seller, but Vinyl Tempo had one - obviously that made me a little suspicious, but lo and behold it has arri... Näytä lisää

Music brings people together and bridges generations. We want to re-establish the tactile generation, the smell of vinyl, the joy of actually owning a piece of history and being able to look at artwork in the palm of your hand and not through a phone screen. We're a family run business, with 18 years of experience in the music industry and running festivals. We love music and hope we can bring a little bit of that love to you too!

Order cancelled and refunded, I dont believe them
Order cancelled and refunded. Item out of stock. Don't believe them. I think the item was mispriced and they didnt want to honour. Still on the website and they have 3 different versions of the same LP at different prices, just take the hit and substitute, basic customer service especially if the vendor has already taken the money from your account. Definitely would not order again. And be honest about it.

We're sorry your order had to be refunded, we had a rare stock update glitch which meant the item was showing in stock which was incorrect. With regards to the various versions of the same album appearing, the album is made by several different music labels at different prices. However we can confirm that the item you originally ordered is now in stock and ready to ship. Please accept our apologies again for the inconvenience.
On time, well packaged and easy to track

Wish I’d found them sooner
Bit reluctant as I’d not heard of them before, but four vinyl records ordered on Sunday and all arrived in great packaging four days later. The cost of the records was really good and the postage cost for all four records was obscenely good, will not hesitate to use them again.
