Vinyl Tap Records Arvostelua

I ordered an album from Vinyl Tap, which they had to order from supplier, '3-5 days' to get it. After 11 days i asked what was happening and they said their supplier was a bit slow after the Xmas period, but when it didn't arrive after 17 days I chased it again to be told it was still out of stock and offered a refund. All this is fine, but as of now they have got the item for sale for £10 more on both Discogs and Ebay! So maybe the item is in stock but they wanted more money. Pity because I've always found them reliable and trustworthy in the past, but won't use again, this is not how to run a business and keep customers.

All items as described and arrived in excellent condition. Reasonable postage cost. Packaging was very secure, with smart approach to securing 12”, 7” and CD items within the one package.

Seamless transaction when ordering a ticket recently.

Vinyl tap had exactly what I wanted in the album. I am very happy with it.
Delivery was perfect and packed really well.

Fast delivery CD was in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you.

Delighted to get a hard to find cd so quickly and so promptly delivered

I have made several purchases over the past few months on mail order and the service has been first class. The staff I have dealt with over the phone have been brilliant too

Had exactly what I wanted at a really low price.
Excellent quality and rapid delivery.
Very impressed.

Excellent seller - Highly recommended - Thanks!

Fantastic service as always, they have a great selection of vinyl to choose rom at great prices.

The staff were helpfull and the service was great

The record arrived in due time, however I do not like how it was sent to me, it was separated from the actual casing.

Very good service, kept me informed on why the record was delayed and when i should receive it, I have now received it .

I have had a lengthy history of ordering music from Vinyl Tap. I live in western Canada and never had a lost or damaged package. I mostly order vinyl and the used products are always clean and in excellent condition.
Whenever there has been a problem like an item becoming unavailable after I ordered they are always quick to offer a refund or offer me to find an item of similar value. I ORDER WITH CONFIDENCE IN THEIR SERVICE!

Buy DIRECT from the store!!
I found a CD listed by Vinyl Tap on Discogs, at a decent price, but thought I'd check out their website. Same CD listed there, but noticeably cheaper, so i ordered there...
Arrived quickly, in superb condition, with a leaflet saying "cheaper prices & better postage than our ebay and Discogs stores."
Straight from the horse's mouth!
DO IT!! 😝
Thanks, VT! I'll be back!!
Oh... and, Happy 40th Birthday!!!

I am extremely satisfied with this order of Don Dokken - Up from the Ashes. I have been looking for this album for a while and I finally found it here, at Vinyl Tap. The packaging and delivery was impeccable. I definitely recommend Vinyl Tap to any music and lp lover!
