Livia was great! She was extremely helpful informing me about the Viking Cycle brand and guiding me through my purchases!

I bought some gear for my long rides, I ride hot, cold, in the rain, sleet, and snow. I found the riding jacket and gloves warm, comfortable, durable, and sharp as hell! The customer service is out of this world as well. Joe Lampson is my favorite service rep, he gets it! Not to mention fast shipping! I wont but gear from anyone else. I love the gear, and the people who run it!

Livia was amazing, she was so helpful with telling me all about the Viking Cycle brand and also products. Would really recommend

Livia was very good to me. We talked about the company and it’s products. Pretty good company.

Very professional customer service! Scott Adams answered all my questions so quickly will definitely be ordering from him again & the product quality is top notch !! Great experience 🤩

Awesome quality affordable prices. Customer Services was top notch. I love the material and the amount of pocket space and protection.

Livia was extremely helpful and had great customer service! She helped me pick out gloves and explained the glove sizing chart very well.

The quality off the goods vs the price are excellent, and the customer service from Joseph make the perfect cufflinks.

I had the pleasure of working with Scott from Viking Bags, and I have nothing bad to say. His service was fantastic, and he was also very patient with me in getting everything taken care of. I would gladly work with him again at anytime in the future.

I love my Viking apparel. Arrived on time, just as described. Keeps our three child and rain. Joseph Lampson is a pleasure to deal with.

Whole process has been superior! I have been working with Livia and she has been a huge help with my whole experience. The product is amazing! Extremely top quality I cannot wait take show off my new merch at the very next bike night!

The chaps and rain gear arrived quickly and were nicely packed. This gear is well made and has a lot of features for the price. Joseph was quick to respond to my customer service questions, and he made sure everything went smoothly. Definitely the first place I'll look when shopping for new gear.

Scott Adam was very professional and extremely helpfull.

I recently ordered a Bloodsport Jacket from Viking Cycle. During the process Scott Adam was extremely helpful and professional and made this a seamless transaction. Looking forward to doing business with again!

I have made several purchases and have always been impressed with the quality products I receive from Viking Cycle! Not once have they let me down!! Even better has been the customer care I received from Scott Adam. I have emailed him on many different occasions and he is always quick to respond. In one instance I had to exchange an item. Scott made the transaction seemless! I highly recommend Viking Cycle as your go-to company!

I love my new vest! All the vests I've found in the past are too short, and not designed for someone who actually rides and needs a quality product. This has inner and outer pockets, it's leather, AND has a synthetic liner for stronger snaps. There's lacing up the side for size adjusting, and the inside pockets can hold your wallet, your gun, or both! This fits me so well, and it goes over my hips, which I adore. Solid purchase! Joseph Lampson was the rep that I interacted with and was super helpful while I decided which vest was the better fit for me.

Throughout the whole ordering and shipping process Joseph Lampson was an amazing help! Very friendly and professional. He answered any questions I asked (which were a lot). Had a great experience with Viking cycles.

Livia has been very good to me I talked with her about the Viking bag Tank bags She helped me out alot. Excellent Customer Service.
