Viewsbank Poor Customer Service
I have been a customer of Viewsbank for many years - however recently I have submitted a complaint and the response has come back asking me to sign in as usual. Upon signing in my details are rejected so I request to reset my password. However upon entering my e-mail address it states - INVALID CREDENTIALS. Upon submitting a complaint all I received is the same message requiring me to sign in to my account. Complained yet again - but no response!

No payouts since website upgrade
I've been happily using the site for a number of years but since their recent website upgrade, no payouts have been made. Three separate emails requesting payment have been ignored.

12 pound withdrawals minimum- will get about twice a year
Also when changed website I lost about £4 I requested it be transferred to my new account but sadly only received £2.50 ish, when My previous account balance was in the region of £6.50

Do i have an account or not?
I tried to sign up. It then told me I have an account with my e-mail address - which is possible, as I may have signed up and forgotten. I then wait for the password reset e-mail. The link there does nothing except tell me I don't have an account. A paradox where nothing happens or works!?

Terrible account admin
Signed up 2021, agreed for data to be used re insurance quotes supposed to be paid £5 every time they do. Continual soft searches showing on credit file, no money paid into PayPal Can't even log in to viewsbank as even though reset email is sent, when I click to reset it says account not found. When I then try and set up another using a different username but same email address I can't as it says my email address is already setup and then tells me to reset password so just chasing my own tail on this going nowhere.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Payments are automatically calculated on the last day of each month. If your account balance is over the £12 threshold required to trigger payment, you will be paid on the next Viewsbank pay day. Pay days for Viewsbank are the second Tuesday of each month meaning the date you get paid varies from the 8th - 14th of each month.
Payments are made to the PayPal account linked to the email address you have registered with us.
Please note you are paid the balance of your account at the time of calculation not the balance of your account on pay day. Any money earned after the last day of the month but before pay day carries over to your new balance.

Used to be a good site. Easy to navigate, watch money accumulate. Then they decide to fix something that wasn't broken. Now I cannot sign in. I re registered as they asked. Still can't sign in. I tried to get a new password and was told my account doesn't exist. Well done viewsbank. Why not re fix the fix and put it back as it was.

Sorry to hear of the difficulties you're having with the new site. We are working hard to get these resolved and apologise for the inconvenience caused in the meantime.
If you have signed up and logged in to the new site your balance will be transferred over from the old site within a week of validating your account on the new site.
If you are still unable to log in please check all your email folders to see if you have an email validation email anywhere in your account and if not could you email me at enquiries@viewsbank.com with your details and I'll try and help further.
