Received parcel (well what was left of…
Received parcel (well what was left of it) coat was fully out of the bag & luckily not damaged…. No real fault to Via Roma, even though I think an item of that value should be packed a lot better than just inside a white bag…. DPD delivered & most likely their fault for parcel being damaged on arrival, coat was fine but wouldn’t order again due to original packaging being very poor for the value of the item inside…
