Lovely men, very efficient and friendly. It was a big job with a tricky entrance to the new property and they navigated it very well. And not one breakage!

The quotation process was done via video call which was super smooth and efficient.
The day before the move we were told the new property might not be ready to move in. In our distress we contacted Vertigo who offered the flexibility to move our stuff to their storage in case the move could not go ahead. This gave us an option and, more importantly, peace of mind.
On the removal day the Vertigo team was asked by the management office to take a longer route with an added flight of steps. The team was surprised by the last minute change but still performed their tasks professionally.
Very satisfying experience all in all. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff team on the day and they finished the job on time and without any major damage or breakages. The initial assessment proved inaccurate however and so they underspecified the size of lorry needed which delayed the departure from our end.

We booked Vertigo to provide removals service for our move from London to Bristol. We opted for their pre-packing service which was wonderfully efficient, with them supplying all the boxes required and having our 2 bed flat nearly all packed in 6 hours the day before moving day. The team were just as efficient loading up the vans, also moving our upright piano successfully with great care. We included their unpacking service as well, which was great as it meant all the boxes they had supplied were taken away and our belongings were unpacked into the appropriate room. Efficient and friendly service throughout, would definitely recommend!

A really good experience! Our move went stress free with Vertigo Transport. It was a cross region move, from London to Kent and everything went well and was done during the day. This was my first experience of moving home in the UK and I was very stressed about it. Ivan and his colleagues arrived on time for the moving day. they were very friendly, professional and efficient, they packed all of the stuff of my 3-bedroom flat in 3 and a half hours. There is a lift in the new flat but unexpectedly it wasn't working on the day , they delivered everything up to my flat on first floor without complaint and at no extra charge.
