I advise not to order from versace! I ordered a shirt via my cell phone. It was too small. I'm a traveler and sometimes gone for 30 days at a time. I returned home, tried on the shirt, it was too snug. I called customer service, they said "it's been more than 30 day", I asked to exchange..they said no. I had a pair of sandals on the way and was definitely sending those back. The shoes where received back now I'm fighting for the return of my money. I also placed the unworn shirt with the tags on it, and a copy of the order confirmation for the shirt in the box as well. UPS lady signed a second copy attesting the shirt was also in the box. I'm disputing that with my bank because there's no where that states no returns after 30 days. The versace rep said if you order from a laptop the return info is at the bottom. Most people nowadays order from their mobile. These folk are crooks! Save your money DO NOT BUY VERSACE!!!

Have ordered from Versace online safety pin earrings. Got them with a very noticeable color defect. The package was poorly wrapped, no ribbon, the box seems to be from something else. Very disappointing, cause it was meant to be a birthday present.

I am not thing it's good place for buy like clothes or maybe jewelleries becauase when you see it's too much expensive :/
But I like here parfumes from versache and first I had name was Dreamer it was good lasted a lot, and now i have Dylan blue and I bought it for good price. I like the smell and I think their perfumes is best in market.

Absolutely don’t recommend ordering anything from Versace online especially if you might need to return an item. They will simply not refund you the money. Been dealing with them for 3 month. Had to file a dispute with my credit card. They are not a luxury brand anymore and will scam you for money. Terrible customer service !

Bought a ring which was £180+, tarnished within DAYS. Turns out they make them from copper, for that price it should be at least sterling silver, even gold! Will never buy their jewellery again.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied to say that I have never had this problem before from VERSACE I have purchased from sunglasses to purses,perfumes ,shoes and clothing the seam started to come off of the handle making it lose My LA MEDUSA Denim TOTE BAG I AM not asking for a refund but I am asking for a new Replace in perfect condition

I ordered an item on 30th November but ordered the wrong size. I phoned customer services the next day and the size I wanted wasn't in stock but they said as my order was being processed, they couldn't cancel it.
On their advise, I rejected the delivery.
After multiple calls, I still don't have a refund. I keep being told the item got held up by customs and they can't refund me until they get it back.
I would never buy from Versace again and want to warn others about this issue. The items they sell are expensive and I fear I will never get my refund.

Esperienza online a dir poco inqualificabile! Fatto diversi acquisti per Natale con tanto di richiesta di confezione regalo ( e non si dovrebbe neanche richiedere la confezione Versace da un marchio di questa fama, dovrebbe essere ovvio che la merce viene inviata confezionata a regola d'arte con il logo in evidenza) ma solo un acquisto e' arrivato nella confezione richiesta, gli altri tutti in confezione di cartone marrone tipica di qualunque magazzino, una vergogna! E questo sarebbe il modo di servire la clientela? Ho scritto al servizio clienti che hanno sì chiesto scusa, ma alla mia richiesta di inviarmi le scatole vuote per poter rimediare e riconfezionare i miei regali mi hanno risposto che non possono ed e' gravissimo! Come e' possibile che un nome come Versace si avvalga di personale del genere? Gli errori possono verificarsi, ma chiedere scusa non ha alcun senso se non si ha la volontà di rimediare in modo tangibile. Sono molto arrabbiata ( ho dovuto comprare altri regali altrove) e veramente colpita in negativo per la situazione inaspettata trovata da Versace, assolutamente riprovevole; inoltre, il sito web e' pieno di bug che rende il tutto davvero improponibile!

Worst store I have ever purchased at. I bought the wrong parfume for my wife at Christmas. Never opened. Now I find out there are no returns on parfume. Terrible policy. Not only will I never purchase anything from Versace, I will never buy another product from them from anyone. I hope the company goes broke.

I was flying from airport Gatwick on Thursday and I was browsing the fragrances when Tino Corte introduced me to Versace perfumes. He took the time to explain the fragrances, the ingredients of them and help me find the perfect perfume. He's an excellent example of a great customer service. Thank you Tino for providing such a positive customer journey.

The service after the sale here is incredibly absurd. Customer loyalty is a metric in a lot of markets. Their advertisements are harassment-forward. It is true I have been harassed in their network. Ongoing communication shouldn't bully people. Versace Eros released in 2020 is the time period of emphasis.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of my purchase, and even more so with the process of getting my watch repaired. When you invest in a product, you expect excellent customer, not something mediocre. I will not be purchasing anything else from Versace, either online or in store. I’d rather buy a knockoff than spend my money on a subpar product.

This is the worst experience I have had with a designer label. I ordered a gift for my friends baby for Xmas and when it arrived both the white box and clothing were covered in filthy fingerprints! I reached out to customer service and was conveniently disconnected when I asked to speak to a supervisor! Versace you lost a customer for life. I will never buy another product from you EVER!

Very poor customer service
No way to contact them via email because they dont provide a email address. Poor assistance on phone. Lots of issues going on with order not being delivered on time and cancellation

Jeg har prøvet en nederdel i str. 38 i en fysisk butik og den passede perfekt, så jeg købte den online, men den nederdel er mindre i taljen, så den er for lille til mig! Det betyder at str. fra de samme ting er forskellige!!!! tror ikke at jeg køber Versace igen...der bliver ikke sagt undskyld eller foreslået at sende en anden nederdel i stedet for!!! Hvis jeg vil have en anden nederdel, så skal jeg betale igen og købe en anden!!!!

Cant really imagine all the bad reviews. I ordened alot of things here and it doesnt dissapoint me at all.
