Everyone at Vend is always knowledgeable and very helpful.
So glad I chose Vend as our POS system. Like all the reports available, easy to follow. Still have a few issues but Vend listens to our suggestions and constantly makes improvements and updates.

Vend is easy to use and their customer service is very helpful ! You can do mostly everything with Vend !

Sales are disappering, do not trust this POS always take your own backub.
even the support wont help you in getting those sales.

I have been using Vend for close to 2 years. I have 3 retail outlets and a warehouse set up. Vend is easy to use and if needed I have support that is always ready to help. They are always making improvements to the software which is great. I tried other softwares but this was best fit for my clothing stores.

I have used Vend for some time now. This is my 3rd EPOS System and it is by far the best.
The software is easy to use and the support second to none.
It provides our business with a comprehensive suite of reports and all the information i need to run a complex retail business in challenging times.

Customer service is great, Better to call than await an email as it could be some hours after its sent to be answered, depending on who picks it up. However, experience has been good and they've helped the best they can every time, sometimes it is down to changes where they can no longer help.

"Since signing up to Vend in 2017 I've never looked back. I do wonder how I ever managed before though, scraps of paper, handwritten repair tickets gone.. My memory has been freed now that I'm not remembering things because Vend is my new brain. I run a busy bike workshop and book my repairs in, add to the sale during the work, and complete the job by notifying the customer via email from Vend. Nothing gets left off the bill because Vend is so easy to use. I dread to think how inefficient my workshop was before! Now with Making Tax Digital coming I'm hooking vend up to Xero early, I just need to speak to Jonathan at Vend so don't mess anything up. Vend has been a revelation."

Great POS system and easy to use. The only improvement we would like to see is a quotation feature, as the "Park Sale" function is confusing for a lot of customers who do request a quote and believe we have invoiced them.

Great overall experience. The team was helpful and fluid with their demonstrations. The software is easy to navigate and if you have any questions it is simple to get a hold of a representative. 24/7 service. The only feedback I can give is during the setup, to have better communication with your customers. It was a bit confusing as to who to talk to during the setup, but once we got to the right person, it was good.

Vend has been an amazing fit for our business. Transitioning was easy and fast and the customer support is top notch! Wish we would have switched pos systems years ago! The capabilities are top notch and literally everything we thought about implementing was available and just a couple simple steps. The reporting is Phenomenal and can not wait to acquire more data to better enhance vends capacity and capabilities. Most importantly their support team answers the phone and responds with fast easy solutions which is important in such a fast pace retail environment. Would absolutely recommend to any business owner wether you have one brick and mortar or multiple locations.

Had an issue within the settings. Didn't understand it so I submitted a ticket. Got a quick response from vend and we were able to fix the issue.

I am a small specialist independent London retailer with 2 shops.I have been using Vend now for almost 3 years.I have found them to be the perfect EPOS solution for my business. The software is extremely user friendly, it is very cost effective and best of all, every time I have had an occasion to ask a question or had the need for any assistance, every member of staff has gone out of their way to help. All issues are immediately resolved and a follow up email to check on progress is never far away. Stock control is now a breeze and accurate. Well done team Vend!

As a start up we needed all the help we could get and Vend offered support in every area. Friendly helpful staff who really know their stuff, and a product that performs. We love Vend!

We have been running Vend for about three years now, with very few problems.

When problems have occurred, the Help facility is very useful, and the responses from the help team are very quick.

Certainly much better than our previous (desktop based) system, and we can thoroughly recommend it.

I am using Vend as part of a team. Whilst it doesn't have absolutely everything, what it does have is well done and works perfectly.
I have recently been involved in some changes in the way our business operates and it's required several calls back and forth to Vend Support. This review is primarily about Support - which is second-to-none! The call-back system is great - you ring, no waiting on hold and they ring you back within minutes. Every staff member I have talked to has been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
