Ships fast, great clothes

I have read a lot of bad reviews for Vencano; however, my experience has been good. I have received everything I've ordered, except for a couple of things that were out of stock. I have ordered at least 15-20 tops for summer and winter. I gave a 4 star because of the amount of time it takes to get your shipment and some of the tops that I received are of different colors than what is shown on the website. Example: One of the shirts I just received showed it was pink - it was actually a peach color, which I like, but I wanted it to be pink.

The matching pajamas that were ordered ran small, in some cases 2 sizes. This information should have been stated on the product page. However, the return options were reasonable.

They have been the kindest to me. I do not use email to order clothes and I had to Learn how to understand their website all different from US sites but the clothes are special and lots of choices! I hope everyone likes my choices.i got concerned about shipping time too !

Extremally bad site to send your money to. I ordered a lot of cool shirts and was very surprised that one, the small size is more of a large. Two, I was sent a shirt that wasn't even close to the picture advertised and a shirt that had a hole in the sleeve. They refused to send out a replacement for the shirt with a hole and refused to send me a shipping label for the shirt that was not the same as advertised (On site it states a return label will be sent if order is due to their fault- false advertising). I sent back the one shirt in Oct., paid for the shipping, and now it's December and I'm still fighting with them to get my refund. I don't know about anyone else but I like to feel comfortable spending my hard earned money with a company and not get ripped off.

Overall I am very satisfied although a few things didn't fit as well as I would like I know that the items are of quality and that I would gift them. Everything thing cam packaged beautifully. I will be shopping with Vencano again.

I love there clothes beautiful designs and quality clothing. Thanks you guys you all are great.

With being in China and all the chaos in shipping I received my orders in a timely manner. It was easy to track and keep and eye on when it was expected to arrive. Love the clothes line and prices are very reasonable!

I really DO NOT know what people are complaining about.
I ordered 3 items that arrived just after 1week of ordering excactly like the pictures shown and lovely fit for the bargain prices of 8 to 12 pounds.
If you complainers want to look expensive go to expensive shops and pay treble.
I am so glad iam done for Xmas

I received my 3 items on order number VE5640123971 yesterday (23rd November 2021). Nothing fits so went on to the website to make a return. The system is saying I have exceeded the 30 day return limit which is wrong as I only ordered it on 20th November. It will not let me return the items and I can’t get through to anyone to help.

This is totally unacceptable! I want to return the items for a full refund but it looks like they want to frustrate you the point of giving up. Absolutely no Customer service!

Will someone please contact me ASAP!!!!!!!!!!

Reply to your response - you are lying! I have not had an email from you! Please send me a returns form by email asap! Or correct your system so I can log it on your website - it is not allowing me to.

Very pleased with service given but disappointed as refunds are less than you paid even after taking into account the return postage. I appreciate discounts are given on each item but shouldn’t be penalised for having to return items.

Absolutely disgusted with Vencano. I ordered a top that just turned up. It's NOTHING like the picture advertised. They also sent the wrong size as well. I have tried to go through the returns but it says that i have left it too late, i ordered on the 17th of this month and it arrived today on the 20th. Absolute joke. There is no way of returning their items, no return paper in with package and their website makes it impossible!! You also can't get through to customer services. I will be contacting Trading Standards. This is NOT acceptable. They have not giving me the item i paid for. It's like they have rummaged around in a box of items that they can't sell and pulled out a random top and sent that to me. I will NEVER deal with them again. My order number is VE7992028808 I WANT MY MONEY BACK and you can take your trash back Vencano!!!!!!

First one , two pair of boots poor quality nor as shown.
Returned one pair as I thought what the hell I'll keep one pair, bad as they were. Return went smooth.
the second order I hasd already made before the first came in, or I would have cancelled based on the first quality.
So the second order, again rubbish quality . So made the return....this time, no label provided and an amount deducted from the refund amount .trying to discuss this with customer service is impossible. The automated customer service is very badly tailored. You cannot speak to anyone
I will have to pay for returning, having already been deducted for it.
Never will I use this company again ,and I will be telling as many people as I can, verbally and on social media's not to use them.
I would appreciate some help or feedback from this report.

If I had the option to give -stars, I would. I placed my order weeks ago ….VE3766224207 is the order number. It’s still just sitting in my cart and showing “processing” There was no delay with processing when I paid for my order. Immediately it was immediately deducted from my checking account…I will be canceling early next week if I don not see a tracking number.
