Hi, we've thoroughly checked our records and have been unable to find any order associated with the name on this review. If your order was placed under a different name or email address, please contact us so we can investigate and assist you.
We find it disappointing when reviews claim that products were never received while we cannot locate any corresponding order in our system. We always work hard to resolve genuine customer concerns and provide support whenever an issue arises.
If this review was posted under different order details or in error, we'd be happy to look into it and help resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. Clearly scammers. Awaiting a refund as no product has arrived but not holding my breath! If it magically turns up I will alter my review.

At the time of your order, we had just expanded into Australia and New Zealand and were working with a fulfilment partner that unfortunately did not meet the service standards they had committed to.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
Since then, we've completely resolved these fulfilment issues and significantly improved our shipping process, so customers can now expect a much smoother delivery experience. We're certainly not scammers, and we're glad your order was successfully delivered. Thank you for your patience, and again, we're sorry for the experience you had.
