Die Funktionen nach eurem Update sind eine reine Katstrophe!

Ich habe persönlich schon vor Jahren Erfahrung mit eurer Software gesammelt und bin nun bei der Nutzung als User eurer Forum Software so etwas von enttäuschen, das ich es gar nicht beschreiben kann!
Vielleicht testet ihr die Nutzung mal als User und liefert auch mal wirklich Service? -

I used vBulletin many years ago during the 3.X series. After 4.0 and up, I left because of the many changes in the software and pricing. I recently purchased a 6.0 license and found that vBulletin has really gotten a lot better. The price is amazing and the features are beyond what was expected. I'm happy to be a vBulletin customer again after being away all these years.

Scam website that refuses to let me cancel my account. Ive had to change all my banking details to stop them taking money for my cancelled subscription

Use alternatives

When vbulletin5 first released in like 2012.. it was TERRIBLE

Full of bugs, and extremely slow

However 10 years later, the product is SOOOO much better, most bugs are gone, and its alot more stable and smoother, its probably the best forum software I have used, and I would urge others to use it, they have done alot to turnaround the buggy product, and now its probably the most polished software out there.

Support is amazing, and the software is amazing. Thanks to the vb5 team!

A really nice bit of software after using ipb for nearly 2 years and wanted a change is has all the same features, I like the way the smiles are place at the bottom and you don't have to scroll through a mass of smiles to get to the ones you like. If you want to set up PayPal for subscriptions its very easy to set up unlike ipb were you have to use the developers version what I was unable to ever set up.
This is defiantly one of the best forum scripts I have ever used.

Everything is broken and made worse with each new "upgrade". They've purged the most helpful moderating tools and don't seem to be interested in fixing anything. Too bad, because it worked great until about three years ago.

bad reviews for vbulletin means it was too advanced for the posted lol.

The worst experience I had with customer support in my entire life. They created an update from vb4 to vb5 that is impossible to install, so we paid their support team for a "professional installation" to do it. Their own support and developers were unable to, and ofc I did not get a refund for the $150 for the service, either to $250 for the upgrade files. They are a scam, and their support/server experts are completely dumb.

Horrible support! Totally screwed me and would not give me a refund. Only used the cloud service for a week for setup and had lots of issues. I would like to give zero stars.

Scammer Company.
Purchased an License and only had alot of issues with the idiot support.
it was the last time i have purchased an license from this guys.
There are no instructions for new members in the support area.
only outdated tutorials wich lead to nothing.

Wir nutzen VBulletin schon seit mehr als 15 Jahren, haben so einige Versionen durch gemacht.

Bei der 4.2.5 war dann leider erst mal Schluss, nun wollte ich ein Upgrade auf VBulletin 5.6. durchführen, doch das Forum machte nur Probleme beim Upgrade.

Ich beauftragten dann Vbulletin selbst und hier führte man das Upgrade durch, zerstörte dabei aber den Zeichensatz, d.h alle Umlaute waren zerstört und ließen sich auch nicht mehr korrigieren.

Man schob alles auf unseren Server, ich stellte einen zweiten Server zur Verfügung, dieses mal unsere eigenen "Ich bin selbst Webhoster" und auch hier das selbe Problem, angeblich wären wieder unsere Server dafür falsch konfiguriert. Seltsam nur, dass etliche Kunden Webseiten und Reseller dort Ihre Agenturen betreiben und keine Probleme melden!

Ich habe seit nun mehr über 4 Monaten bei Vbulletin Tickets auf und seit Wochen wird nicht mehr reagiert. Es wird einfach nicht mehr geantwortet...

Also halten wir fest, über 300 Dollar für eine Vbulletin 5 Lizenz, 149 Dollar für den Install Service und was haben wir? Nothing, NICHTS! Wir könnten nichts davon nutzen.

Wir werden also langfristig wechseln müssen, nie wieder Vbulletin! Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und bereue den Kauf sehr. Vbulletin bekommen in der Tat nicht mal Ihre eigene Forensoftware geupdatet, dass muss man sich mal geben!

Lasst die Finger weg, es gibt bessere Alternativen, leider erst zu spät davon gelesen.

highly recommend people avoid using this company, and use the better ones out there. had 3 licenses all disabled for no valid reason at all.

Don't use

I decided to use some other forum engine as this software is very outdated, support is nonexistent and better engines exist. Looks like the company has no plans for addressing these problems. The support guys are silent on the case too.

I have been tasked with working with our company's version of this software. It is incredibly over-complicated. This software is a nightmare.

Bad, slow, complicated compare to software standard

Used to be a great company but now they are failure. I used it for 8 years and was satisfied, But now , they have very poor technical support, They would just ignore you when you ask for support.
