I have a Garry's Mod server with VAU Hosting. Never experienced any lag at all and support is available when you require it. I definitely will be purchasing more services from VAU Hosting in the future.

Fantastic Hosting Company
VAU Hosting are a fantastic hosting company. I currently have a Garry's Mod game server hosted with them. I moved all my domains over to VAU and had loads of support every step if the way. One of my moves was problematic due to a previous host. Chris and his team sorted the problem for me and now all is well. If you need a good friendly histing service then give these guys a go. You will be glad you did.
