We sell awesome stuff so you can give the best gifts. When it comes to presents, there's only so many coffee shop gift cards a person can get. That's where we come in. At Vat19, we only have one rule: if we sell a product, it's got to be curiously awesome. Since that's our only criteria, we have something unique for everybody.

Mystery Box Disappointment
We purchased 2 mystery boxes for our kids for Christmas this year. We are located in Australia so the shipping was a killer but the kids really really wanted them. I'm disappointed in the products provided. It feels like you've just put the stuff in the boxes that don't sell well, mostly consumable food items. You have some really fun stuff on your website but I feel you've really missed the mark on these boxes. Even the packaging was a let down, just a plain brown box without a Vat19 in sight which for a young kid is half of the excitement, knowing that they've received a VAT19 Mystery Box.

Hi, Cara!
Thank you for your feedback. I'm very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the contents in your Mystery Box! I completely understand the frustration after paying an expensive shipping fee. We strive to include a variety of popular items (and food items) for the contents in each box. The logo should have been present on the box provided as these are the exact boxes that our staff uses to pack and ship orders each day. Again, I apologize for the disappointment!

Karrie

We loved our visit to Vat19
We loved our visit to Vat19. My boys loved getting to meet people they had seen in countless Youtube videos, props from the videos and the behind the scenes of how the videos are made and an ecommerce store is run. Very cool. We also loved the great prizes on the prize wheel at the end of the tour. Top Notch!

The tour far exceeded our expectations
The tour far exceeded our expectations. Kerry was delightful. We met Ben and Danny and Jon. And we also met Maddie and watched a video that hadn't been launched on youtube yet. The kids loved shopping the warehouse and spinning the prize wheel. You guys really know your audience and deserve every subscriber you get!

Thank you for your feedback, Maurice. I'm very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the contents in your Mystery Box! We strive to include a variety of popular items and we ALWAYS ensure that the retail value of the items included are more than the retail price of the box itself. Again, I sincerely apologize that your son did not find the surprises to his liking.
More than I ever expected!
I don't know what I expected, honestly. Up until my son asked to visit Vat19 to celebrate his birthday, I didn't even realize the company operated out of St. Louis. When we visited the website to sign up, the description seems to suggest it's a fairly mundane experience; you're just walking through their warehouse and seeing some of their behind the scenes operations. "Manage expectations accordingly."
Well, I was blown away. That description IS technically true, but wow... they really let us see everything and meet practically everybody! As a Mom with four teens, I'd been exposed to enough Vat19 videos to have a passing familiarity with some of the regular players on their videos. I didn't expect to meet them on the tour, much less for them to be so casual and welcoming with us. My son's birthday celebration wound up being one of our most memorable! Thank you so much for offering this!

Fun tour with lots of great prizes for kids
Fun tour with lots of great prizes for the kids. Thank you. I would prefer if the shopping portion of the tour was at the end since we purchased items quickly but had to wait another 20 minutes for the others in the group to make decisions. Also, more company history would make it more interesting for the adults but kids were satisfied!
