Vape Suite Arvostelua

I’ve ordered many times and had a couple of issues that they resolved very quickly.. this time my £62 order has gone missing and despite my many emails and WhatsApp messages they’ve totally ignored me.. absolutely disgusting customer service 😡😡😡😡

I order every few weeks. If what i order is not in stock i get a message asking what id like instead. No complaints

Always order from this seller.
When I place an order if they don’t have one of the flavours I have ordered they always recommend one for me which is really nice of them.
Also delivery is super quick and can always reach out to them through WhatsApp.
Highly recommend vapesuit

Great prices, excellent customer service and quick delivery

What I would say is I had about 15 orders that were excellent - accurate and posted quickly. But recently I placed an order and the wrong flavours were sent (that I don’t like). I contacted them about this and they sent a message saying that they would look into this. 2 weeks have passed and there has been no communication and no attempt to correct their mistake. There hasn’t been an apology either. So I have moved onto another company for my regular supply. I appreciate mistakes can happen but it seems reasonable to at least apologise and honour the order that was placed. That just hasn’t happened. Dissappointed :(

Waste of time. Ordered on 2nd August expecting same day dispatch as they advertised this. Nothing arrived so I chased it up. Eventually told item not in stock. Requested refund and heard nothing back. Will need to file a chargeback via my bank, which will cost VapeSuite money on top of the refund. Ridiculous.

I gave this company a second chance after my first order, which I paid for 24-hour delivery, arrived late. Unfortunately, it happened again. This time, one item was unavailable, and when my order finally arrived, the other item wasn’t even working. I’m gutted as I purchased it to give it for my friend as she asked me she want a vape.

I paid for 24-hour delivery and expected better service. Very disappointing. I may give them one more chance and order again, and I’ll update my review depending on how they handle and resolve these issues.

So easy to use and very quick sevice

Vapesuite give fantastic offers. I always buy the 4 for 18.00£ 10k crystal pro vape pods.Theres so many flavours to choose from, and you ll keep tasting the flavour until they run out, ive been buying them for ages and you wont have any 'duds' or leakage with any of them.Theyre great.

I had a bad experience with my last two orders after they confirmed via WhatsApp that they had plenty of stock of the items I wanted, prior to me ordering.
After receiving this confirmation, I placed my order straight away and the payment was taken from my bank... after which Vapesuite contacted me to say that they were actually out of stock.
I then had to wait over a week to be refunded which was frustrating because this left me without the funds to shop elsewhere.
Poor customer service, dishonest and unreliable. Very disappointed ☹️

Everything is Very good.

Great products brilliant price and arrives next day everytime

Always get great service when using vapesuite. The loyalty discount is good and delivery is super super fast.

Very good communication regarding stock and delivered quickly and well packaged.

These guys take your money and don’t post your order please I advise you strongly not to use them

Top service and best prices.

I am hooked. Will not bother wasting time and money ordering elsewhere.

I placed an order through the vapesuite website and I was then sent a WhatsApp saying the item was out if stock, a refund was issued and I placed an alternative order which was sent out within a couple of days.
Brilliant communication.
Thank you.
