Vanguard Partners Arvostelua 

After over 12 months of unreturned emails and phone calls, I was contacted by the Head of Compliance at Vanguard Partners on 14th October at 14:27 - this wasn't proactive however, it was in response to my first negative review on Trust Pilot.
He said the company owner had now got involved and viewed me as hostile so they would not investigate our case further until I removed my review, or they would issue legal proceedings.
Thankfully, he reiterated this point on the next call, which I recorded - you can download an app for your mobile.
Due to my previous dealings with them, I took the precaution of recording my conversations with the Head of Compliance and as their automated telephone answering message states that "all calls are recorded", I will produce the recordings, the other reviews on Trust Pilot, as well as the telephone records and emails of myself, my Son and his girlfriend which prove everything I have stated here - in Court as we have just commenced legal proceedings for breach of contract.
The Head of Compliance agreed to work towards a resolution if I removed the review so in the interests of moving forward, I gave him my word I would remove the review, which I did the same day.
He gave me his word that he would work towards a resolution and would call me the next day providing the review was removed. I left him a voicemail on the day, telling him the review had been removed - but no return call from him. I then had to call him again the following day and the day after that. He asked me what would be the required solution for me so I told him that I had already put in one of my many unanswered emails, that they could keep the £600 we had paid them to recover the debt - even without evidence that they had done anything at all, despite verbal and email requests for proof - we just wanted to be released from the contract without the 15% penalty of the total debt, which is written into the contract. However due to having to issue legal proceedings, we will now be looking to recover the £600 and interest at 8% as a minimum.
He then assured me he would call me back by midday with an answer as I had a meeting with potential investors at 3pm - which he didn't - so I called him twice more before 2.30pm, to no avail.
I then called and left voicemails again over the following few days.
It is now almost two weeks later and he will not answer his phone to me, respond to voicemails left by me, or reply to my emails.
Myself, my Son and his girlfriend have been attempting to contact Vanguard Partners since September 2019 but we have not had one form of proactive contact from them and only one email in response to my Son calling them all week, which was in November 2019.
The receptionist and the person in the sales department kept telling me they would pass messages on but then after 8 months the person in the sales department told me there was nothing he could do so I would have to speak to the admin department.
I contacted admin on numerous occasions - all without being updated, despite assurances they would - and was told by someone in their admin department that they would find out from their accounts department whether any money had been paid to them and assured me they would have someone knocking on the debtors door within two weeks - that was over a month ago and still nothing.
Now over the last two weeks the Head of Compliance has continued this standard as he failed to keep his word and now fails to respond to emails and calls.
The lack of customer care and communication appears to be woefully inadequate across all departments - in our experience.
We are now issuing legal proceedings against Vanguard Partners for breach of contract as they have been unable, and/or unwilling, to provide any evidence that they have done any work on our case or recovered any of the debt.

The following may help those of you who have had the same experience as us.
The legal definition of some breach of contract examples:

A party fails to perform their duties in the contract.
A party fails to fulfill the overall objective of their contract.
A party is late in fulfilling their promise in the contract.

There is a time limit of 6 years to sue someone for breach of contract.
The damages you receive, if successful, are termed 'Compensatory Damages' which means the amount you can claim is limited to restoring you to the position you would have been in, if not for the contract breach. The Court will not award 'Punitive Damages' however poorly you have been treated.
This has been going on since August 2019 and we are no further forward - hence the legal proceedings.

UPDATE 2021...
We now have evidence from the debtor that he paid Vanguard the full outstanding debt months ago, but Vanguard have still not forwarded the payment on to us!

So we have been lied to, stalled and misled by Vanguard employees named in other reviews.....

A complete scam do not touch they are know for collecting and not paying out

They successfully collected the debt within a week of appointment but didn't advise me they had. Every time i chased i was told the client had agreed to pay but hadn't yet.
The debtors accounts department confirmed in writing they had paid out in full.
Despite chasing and presenting the evidence no one at vanguard has got back to me and no payment has been passed onto me

They cond me out of £900 and they are committing Fraud and deception and the government is just letting them get away with it and no one will help you. They are earning millions of pounds out of scamming people when the police know their address. They are also connected to an establishment named Caledonia.
