In my ticket (7950865), the support Mr.Charles resolved my issue by crediting around 55 points, albeit after a lot of persuasion. I had completed around 95% of the survey worth 60 points but due to quota full issue the survey got hit. It was unfair. So, I had complained with screenshots as proof. After initially refusing to credit any points, finally he agreed but with a warning that no further credit will be given as any goodwill gesture. It was good but not top notch support.

I am writing this to warn other users in India about Valued Opinions. I spent hours answering their surveys in good faith, providing high-quality data, and accumulated a balance of ₹540.
When I tried to redeem my balance for an Amazon voucher, their automated system blocked me, demanding only a passport or a driver's license. I do not drive or travel internationally, but I hold valid physical government IDs like an Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
I contacted their member support to politely ask for a manual review of my government ID. Instead of helping or escalating the issue to a supervisor, a support agent named Patrick simply chose to permanently suspend my account under a vague excuse of "account violations."
This is a clear tactic to keep my data, sell it to their corporate clients, and avoid paying out my rightful earnings. They are practicing wage theft and penalizing legitimate users who don't hold a passport.
My name is Ayush. I want my account restored so I can withdraw my ₹540 balance, or I want my complete data wiped from your parent company Dynata's databases immediately. Fix this.

I have realation with 6 - 8 online survey company. But no any one is like Valued opinion. Best job, good luck. Thanks

This Is a genuine site I got multiple survey in 3-4 months period and have also redeemed the coupons from the survey points it's customer support is also good if you face any issues you should contact them they're fast and helpful also keep in mind to have your documents ready as after some time you may need to verify your identity for further surveys or you might get locked out from your account.

Geniune website for filling surveys and earning reward points. Though sometime it can be irritating when you are almost half through the survey and you have been kicked out. Great Customer Service support, no need to do multiple follow ups or something.

Hi. On 26th August, I completed a survey about Meta (Instagram/Facebook) videos in more than 15 minutes well worth 45 points. However, even after completing the survey and submitting it, I got no reward credit. I complained to Valued Opinions Online survey team with all details, but support agent Mr.Charles (Case# 7650931) was obdurate, and he refused to accept my genuine grievance and rejected it by his vague replies multiple times.

Kindly, credit 45 points for it soon as I trusted your reputable brand and duly completed the survey well. Bye.

The survey quality is quite good. I have completed almost 25 surveys, and could easily redeem gift cards. I hope I can make it to the 100.

Valued opinion is really genuine survey company. I like their survey, instant reward ,within 5 minutes voucher code, great customer support. Only cons thing is that many times survey disqualify in between and they are not giving any rewards for efforts.
