Edit: customer service responded after a few days stating they couldn’t cancel the order because the product was “in transit”. The order arrived on 7/16 (to my amazement). My husband absolutely LOVES this grill cleaner (also to my amazement!). He has used it several times and always expresses how much he likes it and how easy it is to use. We have a small gas grill that he uses approximately twice a week. I have changed my review to 4 stars for the product alone. While I don’t appreciate the lack of transparency in regards to the company and their mediocre customer service, I can’t deny how much my husband likes this product.

As another reviewer indicated, this is not a US company. While they use Texas as their physical address and they allude to orders typically being received within two weeks, the items ship from China so that timeline is not possible for delivery to the US. I placed an order on June 7. As of July 9 the item is still “in transit” in China. I have messaged the company, but do not expect a response.

This is a Chinese company with a TX address that is a single family home in a subdivision. I ordered weeks ago and have gotten one of those "shipping notifications" that says a label has been created but nothing else. I emailed customer support and put in a query on the website but no one has gotten back to me. Terrible company. I hope others don't make my mistake.
Eta: Customer service got back to me and said that my order was in the NEXT production run and would ship in a couple weeks. I said, "Great! If it hasn't shipped I want a refund!" They asked me to accept a discount, I said no. They said they would refund. Two days later I get a message that actually, my order is in production and they can't refund. I called my credit card company and reported the fraud. Two days later I got a refund notice.
