Vacansoleil Great Britain Arvostelua 

Booking had a pre-book option and trip has multiple elements, then the pre-book part was cancelled by vacansoliel, now limited options and no good alternatives/help given

Daughters foot was sliced open due to an uncovered pool vent. This issue was reported at the time but Vancosoleil were not in the least bit interested.

We came over with our grandchildren, first time to a euro camp. And wow was amazing. Everything for the children and safe. Can’t wait to return

Booking our 2022 Summer Holiday, Vacansoleil staff were excellent, and provided great service. Enabling us to find a great campsite in France for our family holiday.

Could have been better!
Booking was easy and payments and info was well handled. We stayed at camping hu norcenni.
Overall we had a great time, the kids loved the pools and the main facilities were well kept and good quality. The bad points:
Our accommodation on the inside was tired and dirty, broken fittings and ants crawling all over the sink and kitchen side, not a big deal, the beds were clean and we wasn’t planning to spend much time inside but it would have been nice to have the ants cleaned up. The staff were not quick to act and didn’t seem to care, they eventually put some liquid poison over the worktops and sink and left the poison and dead ants for us to clean up.

The next big let down was the high ropes which was (in our opinion) operated in an unsafe way. A child was scared to continue and was stranded half way on an obstacle causing a backlog but instead of pausing to help him the instructors continued letting children climb up the ladder to the tree platform which now had 5 children squashed and balancing with no room to move and a ladder now completely full with children hanging on waiting. We pointed out the problem but it wasn’t until we asked to see a supervisor and pointed out that some of the children were struggling to hold on and starting to slip they eventually acted.

Most staff were friendly and polite, a few were terribly rude.
We had a great time here and it was a great place to start our family holiday (we stayed 4 nights which was plenty) but there are a few details that could be better, mainly that complaints and issues were never followed up on, we were not the only customers with issues and it was the same for others, it seemed that as we had already paid they did not care about additional care. I must point out tho this was the venue staff and may not be directly linked to vacansoleil.

We had a fab holiday, until the end when what felt like dozens of migrant workers decended on the site.

Our trip was postponed for good reasons (covid restrictions) for 2 years and the multiple reschedules worked smoothly, with excellent communication with Vacansoleil representatives. I trust this company and would travel with them again. Campsite was great, description was accurate in website and all family expectations met.

Easy booking and a good price. The aftersales support was also excellent. I needed to check a few things, the telephone was answered promptly and the information I needed was immediately available. The documents for the trip arrived in good time and were complete. I think the best complement I can give is that I would use them again with absolutely no hesitation!

We enjoyed our holiday with Vacansoleil, the accomodation was clean and a good size. The park was nice in a good location. The only slight negative was some miss communication. They send a bank deposit form to me, but on site insisted on cash. They blamed it on Brexit but I know this is just an excuse and they could take payment from a UK account of they bothered to set up the processes.

The pricing is not upfront and honest.
You browse the availability and see good prices, but then when it comes to booking, a 75 EUR booking fee is added to the total!
