Until I spoke to Rowane Thomas I had been unable to set up an account. Rowane was very helpful in setting up the account

My experience with the customer service at Utilita, was exceptional. Listen to my issues, tried there best to sort it out. Was very understanding, gave good advise. Very pleasant to talk too.

I am having issue on my pay as you go meter after topping up as the amount was not reflected at all. Had in touched with one of the advisers on previous day several hours but it was not sorted. Next day Slindile helped me and all are sorted straight away. She did a great job and I have received best customer service. Thank you and well appreciated!! Recommended having such a great staff can bring more success! To be honest if I was not met Slindile I may start thinking to join other provider. Thank you, Slindile for such a great service!!

Called to arrange an meter appointment, and Ashanti in SA was very good. Nice amd clear and all sorted very quickly

Switched gas supply to Utilita on the 16/04/26 only to find I had no gas supply on the 17/04/26. I spoke to a lovely lady Chizoba and she gave the advise that I needed to get the gas supply on again & also gave me a date for my new meter to be installed. Chizoba took the time needed to help with my enquiry which was greatly appreciated , many thanks to her once again.

Sarah was extremely efficient and hopefully I will have not more communication with Utilita

One of the best suppliers I have had and I've had a few. Great customer care team all round. Graham from the care team has been amazing in dealing with a gas meter issue that others could not quite solve, so many thanks to him.

First time we called was because we couldn’t top up and found out that they thought we were leaving, which wasn’t the case. They said we would be reinstated, but when I tried using the app it said: welcome back, call us to get reinstated. When we did the agent (Porshia, sorry if spelling is wrong)found out that our new neighbour accidentally put her address as ours, everything is the same apart from door numbers! Porshia managed to sort everything for us in a friendly and patient manner. Unfortunately for our neighbour, as they are not available, they will have to sort their end when they get back.

The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because we had to call 2x, even though both agents were very patient, friendly, kind and helpful.

Maybe it might be useful to cross check if there’s a live account at the new customers address, and then contact that person/account to make sure they have indeed left, rather than causing confusion for all parties.
All things considered, a very pleasant and productive service.

The Advisor named Snakho (Snacks), gave excellent friendly representation, engaging, extremely helpful and informative!

He went out of his way to find the correct answers, when addressing any of my queries!

I had a really great experience with Utilita thanks to an agent called Kate. My gas hadn’t been topping up properly for months, and she took the time to go through all my codes with me until we found where it had stopped working back in February.
She was incredibly patient and thorough, and even helped me manually enter the codes so I could get my gas back on. What really stood out was that she called me back the next day, stayed on the line while booking an engineer, and made sure everything was sorted properly.
She also sent me my top-up numbers so I can use PayPoint going forward, which has made things much easier. Kate genuinely went above and beyond to help me out, and I’m really grateful for the support.

Spent a lot of time to resolve

The young man that dealt with our call was absolutely excellent, very professional and courteous. He was able to solve the problem that we were having very quickly, and really was exceptional. Based on this, I would highly recommend utility, to anyone that asked me. This opinion is totally based on the experience with him today. Excellent customer service.
