Trotz erhaltener Kündigungsbestätigung erkennen die es nicht an.....Finger weg !

Estafadores, ladrones, mafiosos e impresentables. Esa es la opinión que me merece esta basura de empresa.
Contratan a una empresa de la misma calaña que ellos para enviar mensajes amenazadores solicitando cobrarte una gran cantidad de dinero por unos servicios inexistentes.
No importa que te des de baja o que intentes hacerlo: no te dejarán en paz.
Solicito a cualquier autoridad que tenga el poder necesario que acabe con esta gentuza.
Por mi parte, he puesto este asunto en manos de mis abogados.

une vraie arnaque usenet.nl ! pour un site impossible de me connecter,ils reclament 134,67 euros a payer pour le 22 juin en plus en anglais ! ce qui me rassure dans un avis ils disent ça pour faire peur,de toute façon une plainte va etre deposee avec mon centre ,la preuve tous les avis sont negatifs !!! payer cette somme pour des discussions alors que c etait censé pour telecharger,faut il bloquer l'expediteur ATRIGA ? en plus ils avaient bloqué le compte alors pourquoi maintenant me reclamer une somme aussi elevee

I signed up to the 14 day free trial in order to download a file that they stated would be available to me if i signed up for a free trial but it ended up being non-existent and I didnt receive any confirmation emails for a sign up plus I couldn't log back in so i moved on. It wasn't until 2 weeks after that I was charged on the LAST day of the free trial June 6th 2024 and only then did I see a sign up email in my Spam/Junk email folder from an unknown email. Every other email from them after that came through to my regular email but the email with my "appointed" username that I needed in order to log in to cancel my free trial was hidden in the Spam so I wouldn't be able to cancel unless I had it. I didn't receive a confirmation sign up from PayPal either so I didn't know the subscription was active and wasn't able to log into the account to use the service at all. Now I've been charged a yearly 99€ fee for a service I have not used and have no plans on using. I contacted them via their garbage cancellation form to cancel my account and the payment. You can't even cancel by just pressing a button. You have to fill out a form and wait for them to respond or ring down their phone until they answer so unless you cancel and from PayPal before they charge you, they will take your money and by the looks of it, ignore you.

So I submitted the cancelation form for canceling and on the website it says they don't respond on weekends but I submitted my form Thursday evening and didn't get a response the next day, Friday. Literally several minutes after I created a dispute with PayPal on Saturday morning, I received a subscription cancellation emai so they had the ability to respond to me from before but only did once PayPal got involved just like some of the other experiences I've read.

They are a scam and I haven’t even given they my credit number but somehow I have lost some money try to get them pay me back and they don’t answer any email after I asked them for 100 times I think they don’t want to pay back start to believe it’s a criminal company behind then whole thing

Like others I made the mistake of giving them my credit card information when I signed up for the "free trial".
The way they handle the email communication plus their "website" (which looks like it was designed by an intern) make it easy to fall into the "subscription" trap. I just all of a sudden saw the 100€ charge on my credit card. But going by what others have reported - even if I had canceled right away, I guess they would have taken the money from me.
After I was robbed of my 100€ I tried using their service which was ridiculous and only partially working. (For those that don't know... usenet was a by-product of the internet that dates back to the 80s/90s - and apparently hasn't received much of an upgrade. In theory, the concept was good, but no wonder "usenet" has gone off the radar long ago. They should rename it "useLESSnet")

Auf meiner Spam-Nummer habe ich einen Anruf erhalten, dass ich mein kostenloses Zeitungs-Abo vom Darmstädter Echo nicht gekündigt hätte und sich dieses kostenpflichtig verlängert hätte... Leute, glaubt so einen Mist bitte nicht 😂

I often come across a website that offers free downloads of content and other materials. The site uses a common tactic to lure in visitors and deceive them. I remember creating an account on this site a decade ago to download some stuff, but to my dismay, nothing they claimed to have was available.

I found out that every other website I visited was linked to this server. The Facebook comments on all the sites were full of grammatical and spelling errors. The worst part is that you can't avoid it. I strongly recommend people stay away from this server because they have a notorious history of scamming and stealing from their users. I hope the government takes stern action against them, as this has gone on for too long. Avoid them at all costs.

usenet.nl qui s'appelle maintenant freediscussions.com me demande actuellement de payer une facture 104.96€ (abonnement de 1an + 2 relances qu'ils facturent 2.5€/relance) après que je me sois inscrit à un "essai" de 14 jours. Service que je n'ai jamais pu utilisé au final. Bien sûr, il est impossible d'arrêter la soit disant "période d'essaie de 14 jours" ou résilier quoi ce soit.
Ils menacent aussi dans leur mail de m'envoyer une société de recouvrement si je ne paye pas.
Surtout, ne pas céder, ils envoient cela juste pour vous faire peur. Ils ne peuvent rien vous faire au vu de la législation française et européenne. Bloquer tout les prélèvements simplement. Chose que j'ai heureusement fait à temps avant qu'ils me prélèvement quoi ce soit

Beware! There appears to be a devious lack of transparency at work with usenet.nl. If you take a free trial with usenet.nl they send you emails from a different and a seemingly completely unrelated web identity, namely freediscussions.com!

Of course you or your spam filter don't recognise that email address (freediscussions.com), so you do the wise and sensible thing and you do not open them. Then several months later you get an intimidating letter from a debt collector, probably based in Germany, demanding a huge sum of money from you because, they claim, you have infringed usenet.nl's contract!

The person or persons behind the web identities usenet.nl and freediscussions.com, are based in San Marino (not an EU state), and they have been clearly engaging in a form of online activity which is so seriously lacking in transparency that it sits on the edges of criminal behaviour.

The best thing to do is to immediately report usenet.nl to your country's police force, or your country's fraud-line, cyber-crime line, phishing line, etc. Just go to the Interpol website to find a link back to the appropriate agency in your country, report what has happened, and leave it to the appropriate security agency to sort out.

Also, do a search on the words "San Marino criminals usenet.nl" and you will see pages and pages of search-results providing evidence of usenet.nl's appalling reputation. The first entry (how-to-avoid-the-usenet-scam-2018-by-sean-gabb) is particularly helpful.

Usenet heißt nun FreeDiscussions S.r.l. einfach Namen der Firma ändern und schon sind die schlechten bewertungen weg. Echt Frech!!!! Für Trustpilot ist dies wohl normal.........

Was signed up to them when actually signing a free trial with NitroFlare to download a file that didn't exist anyway (assume part of the scam). Then trying to cancel but obviously they make that impossible. Changing their name to free discussions.com which obviously has a load of fake 5star reviews as is exactly the same scam. Called my credit card company to block any payments.

Ich habe und hatte kein Abonnement mit Usenet.nl. Ich habe jährlich bezahlt nach einer Discount Verhandlung.
2023: Die Kreditkarte wurde ohne Ankündigung 109 Euro belastet.
Die Kreditkarte jedes Jahr zu ersetzen ist zu empfehlen wenn man mit solchen Personen Geschäfte tätigt. Früher war die Firma seriös. Es wurde gefragt ob man noch ein Jahr Mitglied sein will.
Die Verbindung ist langsam und limitiert. Es gibt keine rechtlichen Mittel etwas dagegen zu unternehmen.
Der Besitzer ist nicht in Holland sondern in Italien. Das Telefon DE in Düsseldorf dauernd nicht erreichbar, Früher schon. Eventuell wurde der Besitzer entfernt. Mafia? In Italien müsste man persönlich vorbei um zu schauen ob die Firma überhaupt existiert.
Die Bank zahlte mir den Betrag nicht zurück.
Ich werde den Besitzer noch bestrafen lassen, wir finden Wege.

Why can't I give a zero Star review to this company. They are shysters and I believe fraudulent. But that is my belief. Read the other reviews and see if a lot of other people think they are fraudulent. They went through an unbelievable procedure of trying to get me to renew my subscription, which I would have done even with problems using them. They kept telling me to enter a NEW card number and details because my bank was "Blocking" the card. I checked with the Bank and no request from Usenet had been blocked and if they were using a different company name NO transactions had been blocked on my account. Now they are threatening Debt Collection and are generally being obnoxious, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!"
