I ordered two jackets at the end of November and didn’t receive anything until the beginning of January. That delay alone was bad enough, but it gets worse.

I ordered a suede jacket and a plush jacket. What I actually received was a cheap corduroy hoodie and a low-quality polyester hoodie printed to look like suede. Completely different items and nowhere near what was advertised.

I contacted customer service, and their response was honestly insulting. First they offered a $17 refund on a $209 order. After I pushed back, they increased it to $19. That’s not a solution, that’s a joke.

After a full month of back-and-forth, they finally said they’d refund the full amount… but only if I shipped the items back to China at my own expense, which would have cost around $150. That completely defeats the point and feels like a deliberate tactic to avoid refunding customers.

PayPal wouldn’t help, and neither would my bank, so I was basically stuck.

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The products were misrepresented, the customer service was terrible, and the “refund” process feels designed to make you give up.

Avoid this site at all costs.

DO NOT BUY. Order placed in November and nothing was shipped. Communication with the company has been terrible. Worse, they offered a refund of 1/10 the price of the item. BUYER BEWARE

Falsely uses USA in their name. Shipping comes from Belgium. Ultra slow. Ordered dec 18 and as of January 10 don’t have the product. Very vague tracking as well.

The product claims to be American-made, quality, and origin. They are cheap imitations that don't resemble the website's photos. Fake tracking notices showed shipping from Ireland to LA. But, after complaining about lost delivery, another link sent by the same company showed origin in Shenzhen, China, with a return address in Chicago which is a know scammer shipping/return address:

Purchase was made through a Facebook ad, with a disreputable company. Lost $142.78.
Companies return and shipping policy gives all advantages to company at the buyer's expense. Several scam reviews exist for this company across internet platforms.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at usasantaclauss.com. What I received was not the product advertised on their website.

The item shown online was described and photographed as a jacket. What arrived was essentially a thin, bathrobe-like garment with completely different material, quality, and structure than what was advertised. The website description clearly matches the product I ordered, not what I received—this is a classic bait-and-switch.

When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged my dissatisfaction but refused a return or refund, instead offering $9 compensation on a purchase of over $100, which is insulting and unacceptable. They also hid behind their return policy rather than taking responsibility for sending an item that does not match their own product listing.

This company shows a clear lack of concern for customers, accountability, or honest advertising. I will be pursuing a chargeback with my credit card company and posting this review wherever possible to warn others.

Ordered 12/27/25
First round of shipping showed it was sent from ITALY (why name is USA if in Italy!?).
Emails were sent when we didn’t receive it by 12/20.
When I finally emailed again 12/30, I was told tracking was wrong and it’s coming from China. Ewwwwww but what can I do at this point?
New tracking shows it wasn’t even packaged until 12/12. What the actual…..
Here we are, 1/2/26, and still nothing.

If you’re not super attached to your money, give them a try but I’d suggest ordering by 9/1.
This is insane!!!! Almost $200 essentially wasted.

Horrible, and I hate to admit this, but I was duped. I’m a local news anchor in Upstate NY. I report on this garbage everyday. This looked promising. Yes it filled my IG feed, but the website was secure. Payment through PayPal. No worries, right? A previous reviewer said his order was coming out of Ireland. Mine came out of Denmark! Placed an order on Dec. 7th thinking it’d arrive in time for Christmas Eve. It’s now Dec. 30th and the tracking tells me it’s still making its way through customs. Never. Again. Never will I trust ANYTHING advertised on social media again. Thankfully I’m only out $70. Could’ve been worse.

This company filled my Instagram and Facebook feeds advertising itself as Made in Pennsylvania, USA. Great advertising and story, good looking products...and then you make the mistake of making an order. Then maybe a week later, items get shipped from Ireland. Made in the USA, but shipped from Ireland? So you take a deep dive into the terms of service, and there it is! We ship from overseas. Can't guarantee delivery dates. You might have to pay import duties. No refunds. Over a month later? Still working there way through customs using shipping services no one has ever heard of. These items were ordered back in November for Christmas Party season. That season has come and gone, and the products won't even be here by Christmas. False Advertising, and terrible service. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

EDIT: Well, I finally received them January 11th. Nowhere near the quality advertised, shipped from random letter companies, and not a “made in” label in sight. It looks to me like they were only shipped after I filed a claim with PayPal. One start still stands.
