I was after a number of hinges but the website would only let me purchase 8. After contacting the store they were able to confirm how many they had in stock and was able to purchase more.

Was looking for a replacement gearbox for a door. Asked a question on the online chat and was given a link to the part I needed to replace the part I had. Placed the order. It came quickly and was the right bit for the job.

Terrible company, I ordered a euro lock the wrong size which I returned in line with their returns policy. They’ve had the item for over 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my refund, sent 4 emails and no response to any! Avoid at all costs!

Just had an online chat to identify a component. First class service, item identified in short order, now placing an order.

I would give 5 stars, but waiting for part and see if it all works ok. However, speedy webchat, uploaded some photos of door gear box, asked me some simple questions and linked me to the correct product right away. Just the service I needed. Fabulous!

They identified the replacement lock, via webchat, I needed in less than 30s, with a link to the page. A fantastic service.

Such a crap company. Bought a window hinge and even I explained what I really need to the guy on the phone, they sent a wrong one and when I showed it to my builder her said is wrong and he ordered himself the one he needs , contacted UPVC store and explain them and asked for return and refund, they were the worst company ever, took months to send me the return voucher. I paid £19.56 including £4.99 delivery and when I returned it they charged around £6 for return. disgrace , I just left it , they are not worth the hassle. Crap company ,

Very helpful and knowledgeable as usual nothing to much trouble and always good with alternative parts

No response to x2 emails within a week seeking advice/support for specific fit of a component. Good luck if you need them for after sales etc.

Having decided to upgrade my home's security, I turned to Ben at the UPVCstore. Having spoken about the options, I purchased the upgraded locks and within a day or two the order arrived. Fitted within 30 mins. Perfect. Thank You Ben
