Our company has used Uplands for a fair few years now. Their customer service is second to none. We always get the same two people - Andy and Beth, both of whom are really helpful and so friendly.
The only reason they're not 5 stars is that they don't offer an out of hours service for network faults. But even that wouldn't stop me recommending them as when they are there they do go above and beyond.

I was tasked with finding a new VoIP phone system for our growing business, which I had to ensure was in place ahead of the replacement of analogue lines within our area.
