I didn't need the code immediately so I picked a slower option and the code was delivered within three days. Easy process, the phone unlocked immediately and I'm a happy camper. It's as simple as that! This is the second time that I've used UnlockScope and I'll definitely be back again.

i paid for it to be done in 1-3 days and they went past the deadline. When I asked for a partial refund as I had paid for that time period and they didn't do it in that time, they didn't even acknowledge it. There customer service came surprising to me as I saw great reviews. I don't think I would recommend them to my friends, especially if they are wanting the unlock in the time period they paid for.

I'm a bit disappointed
I'm a bit disappointed that it was delayed by so much. I was lured in by the "receive code in minutes" claim on their website. I ended up paying twice as much for the code as I would of from a competitor.
I've previously unlocked the same phone from a competitor and it took less time and cost me half the amount.
The code finally arrived and it did work.

Hi there,
Before placing an order, the time frame is posted. Some unlocking processes take longer than others. For some devices, the time frame might be 20 minutes, while for others 1 hour or 25 hours. It depends on your order's details.
Moreover, for some brand new devices, sometimes delays might occur. If your order encountered a delay, we are going to compensate for it. Please refer to our support desk.
Thank you!
Cristian T.
