Una estrella, por poner alguna. Cuando tenía acumulados 24,70 euros (se cobra a partir de 25) me anularon el usuario. Cuano me quejé me dieron una explicación genérica y entre las opciones una decía que no daba opiniones fiables.
Qué risa.... y me lo dicen cuando estoy a punto de acumular suficiente para cobrar. Son unos ladrones.

Sito forse al capolinea,nonostante calo compensi i pagamenti sono in forte ritardo,il sito funziona male,il forum è scomparso,forse troppe proteste per lunghe attese pagamenti? Oggi ricevuto solita mail buono amazon senza codice,l ho richiesto vedremo,aggiornerò se arriva ancora in attesa codice amazon,nessuna risposta da sito,e tornato paypal chiesto 10 euro ,avevo vecchi punti,vediamo se arrivano ,pagamento paypal 10 dollari ricevuto in pochi giorni sito in ripresa?controllato chiesti venerdì arrivati lunedì, pagati in dollari 9.80 ma va bene lostesso

I redeemed my points on Nov 28 2022 £18 for a Tesco voucher and received it in the end but had to get on to CS just so they'd send it. We should not have to do that.

I have been an ambassador member of Univox for more than a year, I had not had any problem until this past Monday when they blocked my account, without giving me a specific reason. I am very disappointed as I thought Univox was reliable. I had accumulated 26,000 points that I wanted to change and to my surprise, after having blocked my account I lost my points, they have stolen money that I had accumulated after filling out so many surveys for months. Please be careful and don't trust Univox, it's really a waste of valuable time.

Non mi vogliono dare un buono da 20 euro dopo mesi che aspetto. Mi hanno finalmente risposto dicendo che non ho rispettato le regole, oppure che non ho dato risposte oneste oppure che ho un account falso. Ma stiamo scherzando?! . Questi si meritano una bella denuncia. Questa è una truffa

Spend most of my time re filling in my personal details and waiting for the thing to load, only to be told I don't qualify. Total waste of time.

Last week I could not log on to Univox account. When I enquired they said there's something wrong that I did, and they listed about 6 things. I asked them to be specific and they never came back to me.

Awful!
I get sent all these survey invites and appreciate that they have screening questions. In the three months of being a member I have received 85 surveys and only qualified for 2!

Spent 25 minutes this evening, 13 survey's and all screened out.

Wouldn't bother wasting your time on this.

Ich habe die Umfragen nach besten Gewissen beantwortet und kann mich auf einmal nicht mehr einloggen. Auf Nachfrage mit der fadenscheinigen Begründung, ich hätte gegen irgendwelche Regeln verstoßen. Man kann sich dort nicht mal mehr abmelden, geschweige denn die durch Umfragen erreichten Punkte einlösen. Fazit. Univox NIE WIEDER

Man wird zu zahlreichen Studien eingeladen, dann beantwortet man sorgfältig sehr viele Fragen, beurteilt Konzepte sorgfältig, und dann wird man nach viel längerer Umfragezeit als ursprünglich angegeben, plötzlich aufgrund einer banalen, demografischen Frage, aussortiert.
Wenn dieser Umstand so wichtig wäre, würde er am Anfang abgefragt.
So scheint es mir geplantes Aussortieren nach Erhalt der benötigten Infos.
Viel Aufwand, keine Belohnung!

Ho richiesto il secondo buono Amazon il 20 novembre 2022, ancora non mi è arrivato e non hanno risposto dell'assistenza! Il buono è bloccato in "processing".

After reaching the first reward level and waiting for a month, oddly enough I turned out to be a bad member, so they blocked my account and canceled the reward. Among other things, only today after a month of my request for clarification did I receive an answer. One of the worst portals present, to be avoided at all costs.

They are not serious. I was waiting for changing my points good few weeks so never get email back , could not log in etc etc . Finally after don't know how many messages they send me some message copy paste that I probably violated something. Yeah sure .. I'm not first person who can't log in since weeks or waiting for changing points since months. Never again.Every time when I was changing points I had to send email again and ask what's wrong. Don't waist your time.

Son lo peor. Dan muy pocas encuestas enteras y ayer una que me dan ni me la contaron ni me la pagaron. Cogí el número de referencia de las encuestas sin finalizar y escribí al servicio de atención y un tal Adam, me dice que el número es incorrecto y que no pueden hacer nada! y ya sin hablar de la tomadura de pelo que es la ruleta, que nunca toca y cuando toca has de finalizar una encuesta en tales horas, cuando nunca te dan encuestas!!, estoy con otras empresas y vas cobrando cada 5€ (500 puntos) y perfecto, pero estos, ya llevo ganados como 1500 puntos y me piden como 1000 más para tener el primer canje y no sé si enviarlos ya a tomar..

Llevo esperando para que Univox me pague un cheque de compra de 25€, dos meses y medio; eso porque no paga con dinero. Finalizas encuestas, las diriges, como te dicen, y resulta que no te las pagan, eso después de intentar una y otra vez realizar una.
Tienen una ruleta de chiste, que si te tocan 1000 puntos,(milagro!,), tienes que hacer 10 encuestas en 24 horas para poder llevarte los 1000 puntos que te han tocado, cuando sabes que eso es imposible, ya que para lograr hacer una encuesta en condiciones, sin que te tomen el pelo, tienen que volar antes los cerdos...
En fin, que mi experiencia con Univox es deprimente y me gustaría poder decírselo a la cara a los jetas que llevan esta empresa.

Das sind deine Daten nicht wert, vorallem aber nicht deine Zeit.

Die monatlichen Einkommen mitdenen die locken sind daher auch absurd. Lass dich nicht ver*n.

Moi aussi comme beaucoup d'autres participants je suis victime de la malhonnêteté de cet institut de sondage je me suis fais éjecter sous de faux prétexte avec refus de me payer 45€ de récompense.
Impossible de les joindre bien sûr !!
