Purtroppo ti cancellano l'account con delle scuse dopo qualche tempo di utilizzo, in generale è molto lenta nel fare acquisire punti e dunque ricompense, bocciata e sono passata ad altre app decisamente migliori

Pro Tag 2 Std Arbeit bei meist 0 Punkten steht in keinem Verhältnis!!! Das sind ca 14 Std die Woche und in 10 Wochen gerade mal € 10.- erreicht, das passt nicht. Toll ist es wenn du eine Umfrage 15 Minuten lang zu Ende gebracht hast und dann steht plötzlich "Zeitüberschreitung", was schon gar nicht sein kann!

Soll 25 Euro via PayPal bekommen. Seit einer Woche in Bearbeitung ohne das sich was tut.
Die meisten Umfragen funktionieren gar nicht.
Keine Antwort auf Anfrage.
Kein Kontakt möglich

Muy mala experiencia cuando me faltaban 100 puntos me inventaron que incumpli las normas y que mis respuestas no eran coherentes muy mala experiencia no pierdan tiempo.

I've been with these folks along time, it was good at one time. Now there slow about processing redemptions. I wouldn't go with these folks.

bad site - doesn't pay at all

Allora, quest anno è successa una cosa strana, intanto a settembre 2022 mi avevano bloccato l'account con parecchi punti(soldi) dentro... come al solito per oscuri motivi.
Ad aprile, ho deciso di tentare il login e lho effettuato senza problemi, ma dentro erano stati detratti tutti i punti. A tal punto, ho scritto a loro, e me li hanno restituiti... quindi direi ottimo.
Ho tentato di riscattare un buono di amazon da 25euro, come prova effettiva, e tale buono non è mai arrivato.
Da fine aprile ad oggi avro fatto si e no 5 sondaggi.
Poco fa provo ad entrare... e voilà account bloccato ANCORA.
Direi che è una bella presa di giro, soprattutto l'illusione di aver ridato i punti... parlo di 22000 punti eh !!!
Univox se mi leggi, rispondi ai messaggi con chiarezza, per favore.

Okay, so i've been off this joke of a survey panel since basically 2 months now and unfortunately i wasn't able to quit the site before the pathetic excuse for a "moderator" ended up creating a bogus reason just to randomly let me go regarding (and i quote) - 'suspicious behaviour', which in hindsight was shown more from them than ever from me...
much like most of you on here have either already experienced or are bound to in the near future unless you manage to redeem your earnings & quit before they get the chance to 'dq' your membership ironically right before you're able to make your next redemption like they strategically did to me.

Now to continue giving you all insights into my experience with this company for almost a year, regarding the member support, it's literally the worst since most of your complaints just get ignored no matter how much times you send them in...and if it does get a response, it would be weeks later with little to nothing being done about it.

And if you only make a mistake and reply to said response expecting a follow-up reply, there's another couple of weeks to wait for basically no satisfactory help...absolutely unprofessional to say the least.

The craziest part is i've even seen some craziness marked up on their sites policy along the lines of once you reach a certain level ranking then you'll "unlock" quicker responses to your messages...like WHAT!? You've literally gotta unlock these paid clowns to actually attempt at replying to your complaints?! Are you all serious...i should've known since then how much of an awful site this is just from that 'level up perk' alone.

And oh yeah, just to clarify...if you ever wanna complain about a survey literally allowing you to fully complete it only to mysteriously redirect you to a generic "Session Timed Out" page instead of the survey completion page and you realize you didn't get the points you earned for it or any other survey scam on this site for that matter, just know that the so-called "support" is never going to do not one thing about it besides lie and say that sometimes the credit takes days or weeks to be issued out to you then when you wait that length of time, you'll see absolutely nothing added to your account.
Then if you only try following up with another inquiry, your whole complaint would just get ignored as usual.

Also regarding the survey offers in particular, it's way too hard to even complete a survey in the first place since most of them either sends you through way too many qualifications only to state you didn't qualify or as i stated above, wastes your time in collecting all your responses and personal info only to still not credit you.

And lastly, specifically regarding the redemption process, they state it takes 2 weeks to receive yet for most of the time it took a month and if it wasn't for me constantly having to remind those goofs about my pending incentives, i'm sure it would've took longer.
And keep in mind that i've managed to reach the highest level on that site due to tedious grinding for months upon months, up to the level that specifically states that all your redemptions would be issued out quicker than the usual 2 week period yet i've seen literally no change.

But fortunately for me, i was luckily able to receive my final redemption of around 16$ for Amazon.ca right before they abruptly ended my participation...and also keep in mind that prior i've ranked as the #1 Canadian Surveyor of the week on that panelist but apparently my dedication meant nothing to them.

So with all that to consider including all the other CLEAR 🚩 this place is dealing with, it's a no brainer to just take your valuable time and efforts to REAL survey panelist sites such as Opinion Outpost and Ipsos iSay for example...
cuz univox ain't it, simply put to sum it all ☝.😏

Just dont bother. Complete waste off time, enough said.

Ich war seit einige Jahren beim Univox dabei und es hat jedes mal ewig gedauert bis ich 10 Euro Gutschein zusammen bekommen habe, nach mehrere langen Umfragen. Bei der zweite Auszahlung, wartete ich ca. paar Monate und habe daraufhin Kontakt aufgenommen und danach gefragt. Die Antwort war echt Ärgerlich und Dreist, sie haben gemeint, dass ich entweder falsche Angaben gemacht habe oder Schimpfwörter (keine Ahnung wo???es gab ja keine chat räume....) benutzt habe und deshalb einfach ohne, dass Sie mir meine Punkte auszahlen und mich benachrichtigen, haben sie mich von dem Panel ausgeschlossen. Sehr unverschämt. Es gibt andere Umfrage Communities, die besser, gerechter und klarer sind. Also ein Stern soviel. Daumen runter.

Ongeloofelijk slecht. 20 minuten dezelfde 10 vragen in moeten vullen, (man/vrouw, kinderen Ja/Nee, inkomen, postcode etc...) om erachter te komen dat er geen geshchikte enquetes zijn. Wel een pagina met 12 enquetes zogenaamd speciaal voor mij geselecteerd maar niets schijnt geschikt te zijn. Eindelijk eentje waar ik wel aan deel kan nemen en die geeft op het eind een foutmelding dus geen punten... WAARDELOOS....!!!!! Website is rete traag en het duurt af en toe een voll 30 seconde voor er iets laadt. TIJDVERSPILLING...

I have been a member for several months now and have had many more bad experiences in comparison to other low end sites. I have had a couple of redemptions which took almost a month to get and after writing customer support. Which brings me to the customer support which is worthless. They do nothing, and give you runarounds most of the time; believe it is AI responses. I have also completed many more surveys than I got credited for. Many surveys you complete legitimately doesn't credit or pay you, and you only get wasted time. I have written to support numerous times with screenshots from start to finish proving I completed the survey and on their site. All I would get in return is "sorry" and a good runaround. Then you get to their bonus wheel which you spin, which you must complete several surveys to get in a timeline. The shady part is, it won't give you the bonus, you can get close but the final survey will almost always not credit you even if you completed it. The surveys promise many high credits or dollar amounts but extremely hard to get into.

This site has proven to be shady and cheap, will not credit you what you completed and the time you spent which is then wasted time. Their support is non-existent. Bottom line, I would not waste time with this site as I did and learned the hard way. Just looking at their trust score on TrustPilot, I am apparently not the only one. There are many other much better and legit sites; this one isn't. You don't mind wasting time for nothing, then this site is for you.

Die aufgeführten Probleme wie man sagt nicht die Wahrheit habe ich auch schon erlebt. Darauf hin wurde mein Account gesperrt, ich konnte mich nicht mehr einloggen und alle Punkte wurden entzogen. Ich habe bei Univox nachgefragt und meine Unschuld beteuert. Man wollte dies prüfen und ein paar Tage später waren alle Punkte wieder auf meinem Konto.
Was mich allerdings nervt: Einige Umfragen sind definitiv zu lange und werden schlecht belohnt.
Manche Umfragen werden erst gar nicht belohnt. obwohl vollständig abgeschlossen. Vor Beginn unbedingt die Nr. der Umfrage aufschreiben und sie bei einer evtl. Reklamation angeben, sonst keine Chance auf Gutschrift.
Aber warum auch immer, ich liebe Univox.

Si estás pensando en unirte a ellos mejor huye a otro lugar. En un inicio si te pagan si logras juntar el montón de puntos que te piden para míseros 100 pesos, pero cada cierto tiempo cierran cuentas masivamente y cuando te contactas con ellos te inventan que porque infringiste las normas (si, claro, da la casualidad que tantas personas infringimos las normas el mismo día). Encima si los expones en Facebook te bloquean, pero se les olvida que también tienen otras redes que han abandonado y ahí se leen todas las personas que han sido bloqueadas.
Creo que hay opciones mucho mejores donde no serás tratado como una m1erda después de gastar tanto tiempo dando datos privados de gratis.

Ich mailte an das Board, weil ich mich plötzlich weder einloggen noch mein Passwort zurücksetzen konnte und erhielt darauf die untenstehende Antwort. Ich hätte es verstanden, wenn sie mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht hätten, was ich in ihren Augen "falsch" mache. Aber sie schlossen mich praktisch von jetzt auf dann aus, ohne mir meine letzte Punkteeinlösung auszubezahlen. Das ist höchst unseriös. Ich kann vor diesem Board nur ganz entschieden warnen. Hier der Text ihrer e-mail:
