Universal Web Design Arvostelua

Really great experience with universal web design they went the extra mile to get my website where I want it. Liliana has been a brilliant at creating content to take my company to the next level.

Made a few long term investments with Universal group ,the best investment by far was the social media which I’ve been working closely with Lilijana on the type of posts that I would like & she works tirelessly to provide a high quality service, with daily communication on what posts I would like ,what’s good or bad and changes need to made she does it daily & as a business man providing high quality work I’m not easily pleased, but Ive had several people complemented this year saying how good my social look so the proof in the pudding ,super happy & punctual & with genuine care been absolute pleasure to work with anyone looking for someone to help with your social look no further than Lilijana at Universal Group 😊👏

sound great to begin with, wait till you try changing, cancelling or exiting from this company. High "exit fees". Its a pity their accounts department don't listen to & respond to email requests... Good luck . .

To those that wanted to try Universal Web Design or Group services, please be aware that this is a BIG SCAM!!
Please be careful when you give access to your passwords, on my case they steal everything I had ( e-Com, domain, website) transferred the domain without our permission, took full access and give us admin’s even if we signed a NDA.
When we ask to return they send us a 5 years invoice to be paid around £7000 ( we didn’t ordered 5 years service) to can have back what is our own right. Theirs employers don’t have a clue how to manage or how to handle it, the PA service is worse, the lady there said cause she doesn’t know nothing about me or my issues, or how to solve it, she seems bothered. In one word “she doesn’t care “ Danny Neville is available only when is to close contracts and takes money, but when a issue appears you can’t find him or is not working on that department any more.

After I have paid monthly 12 months, at the end I have nothing, they steal everything but still asking to pay around £7000?? Without giving me the order details or when I order or approved this.

I do not recommend this businesses at all! Nobody get back to you or give you any monthly reports for the services required. They only send invoices and take the payments.

They don’t only steal your on property but they also use your public website page to attach the invoices with outstanding balances that you haven’t ordered! And you can’t do nothing to remove it, because they have full control!!
Don’t use them!!

This company were paid by me to set up a website not only did they not do this they took down my old website and kept asking me for more money. They are a total shower and the cheek to ask Trust Pilot not to believe me. They tried insulting and telling likes anyone wanting more information please contact me directly

UWD created my website, and I was seriously impressed. They efficiently delivered exactly what I requested. We had in-person meetings to align on our company's vision, and their professionalism and understanding were topnotch. Collaborating with them was a pleasure; I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I was really impressed with Universal Web Design (UWD) after they handled my business's marketing. They're super professional, always quick to respond, and actually deliver on their promises. Danny is great to chat with, gets what you need as a client, and goes above and beyond to help out.

Brilliant company very supportive and understanding

Universal have done a great job using their web skills to help me build a sales funnel.
Before their help it was feast and famine but after working with these guys, their communication is clear and helpful adjusting to my needs.
I now have a steady stream of incoming leads, usually a little warmer than usual. Thanks all

Universal web design is great place to work. The IT equipments are advanced and working space is really modern. Staff is super friendly and Working with Danny Neville was great learning curve. Management is flexible and understanding plus I really enjoyed their work ethics as well.

Have had nothing but excellent hard work from these guys with multiple businesses.
They go the extra mile to help your company achieve its full potential.

Highly recommend and trusted thanks again

Danny Nevil

Money laundering on an industrial level, has extensive ties with many high profile scammers across Colchester and beyond.

Drug fueled holidays to Las Vegas and more, the police in the UK are utterly useless, hence why he gets away with all this. Should be behind bars along with his scamming buddy Lee West of Colchester.

This runs very deep and I know the darker side of all this, hush money... Burning down of an old scamming company in Marks Tay, firearm's and more.

choose someone else. maybe your nan, anyone will do a better job. unless you want to pay £300 a month for a 50% drop in trade

Universal Web design are a huge con and his team are awful.
I have been harassed for over two years! Because he couldn’t delete my review of his services. He childishly left a review on my business page. They try to bully you

The boss is a con man who can't seem to hold any staff down. He employs them on an Apprenticeship pay rate, with no previous knowledge. Of course this is ok to do with one or two but not when its the whole staff which are then sold to customers as experienced employees in what they do.

What a brilliant investment it was to outsource to these guys!!! Great team

My experience with UWD was unfortunately very disappointing. After a very promising 1st phone call I decided to go with the team to manage my social media, supporting a local company etc. It very quickly went down hill, I received very poor advice with regards to ad's and very quickly saw £1000 disappear in Facebook AD fees with very little to no ROI. I decided that at the end of month 1 I no longer wished to use UWD and gave them a months notice to terminate paying them 2 months fee's for 1 months work. Despite my initial phone call where I made a point of enquiring whether there was a minimum contract period and being told NO i missed in the order they sent over that they had included a 12 month contract term (I fully accept this part is on me). I have since been continuously pursued for invoice after invoice for months of services that they have not provided. At no point during the past 6 months has anybody from UWD contacted me to see what can be done to help me or make the relationship right and try to build a working partnership for the fee's that were being demanded. Emails to UWD have taken over 28 days to get a response which in its self is ridiculous. Eventually I got to speaking with the MD of UWD who offered me a settlement that if I paid for 6 months they would consider the account settled. I find myself between a hard place and a rock as I missed they had included a 12 month term into the order after verbally telling me there wasn't one, so legally I have had to allow myself to be ripped off or face a debt recovery agency being appointed and I know in court I lose. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid UWD for any of your requirements, advice is poor, slow coming back and expensive to follow. DO NOT do anything with them unless its written down as they recant on verbal conversations. My apologies to the individuals within UWD who I have not had dealing with or are powerless to have resolved this in a better way but unfortunately your MD stepped in and had every chance to do the right thing and chose not to.

Terrible experience!

We have been with this company almost a year now, and what they have been promised nothing was done!
The customer service is very poor, the SEO skills not enough as we could see from the results on google. The team have changed and the SEO guys haven’t been in touch with us for a few months, no feedback, no reports. We have done with this company many months ago, but they still sending the invoices to pay. Not professional. Poor service. Would not recommend this company.

Such a great company to work with, communication and efficiency was brilliant. I hope to work with them again in the future!

Dani has been very helpful to me and my business, lots of setup support and handover for our online takeaway system. High quality products. I have recommended Dani and his company to multiple friends already who also own restaurants and takeaways
