Universal Skills Group Arvostelua

Fantastic tutors, really down to earth friendly. Learnt so much, wanted to do more. Great classrooms and workshops. Everything you need is around to make your leaning more enjoyable.

I came in knowledgeable about boilers, left knowing about meters, and feeling like the energy superhero 'Black Lightening'. The team at the centre made the whole process hands-on, high-energy, and weirdly fun. Special shout-outs to Tim, Matt, Katy, both Mike's, and Becka for letting me keep nicking pens.

Trainers were legends, the atmosphere was great, and I now install meters like it was my calling. Massive thanks to all the staff, as you've helped me to spark a new chapter in my life.

Good to learn the skills from Universal Skills. Use the most simple ways to let me understand the electric concept. Tutors with rich experience in the industry and related knowleage, it is really benefit for me to work in the future. Highly recommend!!

It was a great experience here. I learned a lot from this massive centre. The team was great and the atmosphere was so nice. And the tutors here like Tim Cowan and Matt Giles were brilliant. Had a great week up-skilling to 3 phase Adam was very helpful and articulated when teaching the facilities were good. Big thanks to Adam for helping us through the up-skilling also shout out to Kev for the biscuits.

Just completed my 3 phase with skills group Adam B was our tutor for the week and yet again his professional teaching style and care about his pupils is second to none, again a pleasure to complete another course at universal skills group.
Thanks to everyone at skills group see you all soon.

Adam was class and helped me throughout the course.

A great week at USG. Shane is a great tutor who makes learning fun! Thanks for a great week.

Great experience and gained a new skill and understanding with 3 phase. Was able to ask questions and advice from one of the tutors Michael Cottyn

Michael Cottyn is a great trainer and sets out the information in an easy to understand way. He then reviews the information with everyone to ensure understanding

Great experience, Michael Cottyn broke down everything really well and made it a lot easier to digest.

Michael Cottyn was an amazing teacher very good with loads of knowledge and everyone at the centre is friendly and helpful

Explained everything in great detail and was very helpful

Great tutor would highly recommend great from start to finish.

Had a teacher called Shane , he was very good at explaining things and picked up a few tricks from him

Shane was really helpful and got the refreshing that i needed being out of the job for a little while, grateful to him!

An excellent and productive week with Michael Cotton. 3phase training. The centre is overall a great centre and the content was delivered impeccably well by Michael. All questions were heard and cleared up well with several demonstrations if necessary. The learning environment was indeed well balanced which is important when you genuinely want to gain something from the course. I left with great satisfaction and confidence with 3phase knowledge and also left with a good understanding of 2 rate contacting and other areas we already work in. It was genuinely an excellent and productive time. Thanks Michael Cotton and USG. 😃😃💪💪🤝🤝🤝

Great course ran by Mr Cottyn, plenty of information that was delivered in a way for everyone to understand.

Fantastic instructor and very knowledgeable Michael Cottyn has a way of explaining things simply and clearly the training centre also great been here a few times and always enjoy the training and leave with confidence.

The mentor was very precise and knowledgeable willing to share his vast amount of wisdom and experience. Made me feel at ease.
