Good service pre sale, poor after service.
The service whilst in the shop was excellent, however the carpet was not stretched properly and is now wrinkled in multiple places. I spoke to the manager in store before Christmas and he promised me he would get the fitters to contact me and arrange to come back and re-fit. I'm still waiting and left with a carpet that looks awful.

Everyone was friendly and helpful
Norman was welcoming and helpful. The laminated flooring looks really good. The guys who fitted it were skillful, worked hard all day and did a great job.

From the minute I stepped into the showroom to having my flooring fitted I received 5* treatment. The guy in the shop - so helpful, informative and friendly, the guy who measured up - friendly and professional and the fitter - friendly and professional. Will definitely be using them again.
