The place to go
The delivery was delayed because of a problem with our mattress, we also ordered a headboard which was delivered on time. The Store were very good about it all got it replaced and was sent by a courier. We got it a week later. Can't fault the shop and the staff. Very helpful, friendly and not at all pushy. Would definitely recommend to others.

Rental property carpet replacement
Rental property carpet replacement. I was out of the country and the carpet fitter couldn't accept a 2-day delay in payment, insisting on payment on the day, which was pretty inconvenient. I won't be using these clowns again.

Experience in the store was pretty good, install not so much
Experience in the store was pretty good, install not so much. Carpet had some dark spots on it, which they offered to look at but by that point my new sofa was delivered on top of them so there wasn't much we could do. I also wish the fitters took a little more care as there was a fair bit of damage to the skirting board that I was told "was just a mark and will rub off" but is definitely a series of scratches in the paint.
